Answer:	I try to use Canon lens cleaning fluid. Although I don't apply directly to the lens. I spray it on a good microfiber cleaning cloth.

You have take the sensor cap off the front of the camera then turn the camera faced down then enable the automatic cleaning in the camera. It will shake the sensor.
