Answer:	The monocular itself is wonderful. It's simple to use and has great magnification. The brace that holds the phone is not great. Since the lenses on the iPhone are not centered, it makes it difficult to manipulate everything. I have an iPhone X, so I don't know about the multiple optic ports.

Answer:	There is nothing electronic about this monocular. The adapter is a phone holder.
Question:	This has 12x magnification power. If my smartphone camera has 8x zoom power, does it mean I will get 96 x zoom power (96 = 12 x
Answer:	The farthest star we can see with our naked eye is V762 Cas in Cassiopeia at 16,308 light-years away. Its brightness is magnitude 5.8 or just above the 6th magnitude limit. Thus the monocular can see slightly farther than that.
Question:	Does it work with iPhone 7plus
Answer:	Really, it's neither...probably about 8X. That works pretty well with this unit because 10X and above is very difficult to hold still by hand. A tripod could work with this unit but use your phone/camera timer. The magnification is NOT adjustable...there is no 'zoom' feature.

Answer:	It would largely depend on the size of the bullet's hole (e.g. 7.62mm would of course be easier to see than 5.56mm) and your selection of targets (a "Shoot-and-See" type of target would be a big advantage in seeing the impact location at 400 yards).

Answer:	I have NOT used this scope, however, if the magnification advertised is accurate and the glass and coatings working well, than 60x80 should let you see hits on black out past 700 meters. While in SDM Course in Arkansas, we were using Leupold 20-60x60 on targets at that range, worked fine.

Answer:	Yes, you can look through it like binoculars, not sure if it'll go a mile out though.

Answer:	Thank you for your question and your consideration of our binoculars. Yes, you can use them. Some of our customers however, find they do not need their glasses while looking through the binoculars lenses. They can however be used with glasses.
Question:	Will this fit an iphone 6 and iphone 7 and 7 plus? will it fit those phones with a medium-thick protective case on them
Answer:	I don’t know the manufacturer’s stated IPD range and can’t find it listed. On the narrow end, it works fine for me with 61mm IPD but there isn’t much adjustment to decrease it further. If the lens covers are removed, that allows a tad more adjustment since they interfere with fully closing the binocular. Just from measuring the lenses I’d guess around 60mm-72mm is the range but you’d be better off asking Meade if near the edges of these values.

Not work on a rifle scope because the phone camera is too close to the eyepiece.

Step 1

Mount the adapter on the scope. Screw top knob into the end. Align the half hole on the shield and the center of the eyepiece by sliding down the shield.

Step 2

Align the center of the camera and the centre of the half hole on the shield. Tighten the phone.

Step 3

Open your camera. Slowly insert the adapter. Tighten the eyepiece clamp when the image is sharp.

Answer:	Although I don't have an iPhone, I do have the Samsung Note 8, which is a very large phone. I have no problems getting to all the controls since the Adapter can be mounted in various locations up and down the phone. You simply offset the adjustable arm to make it work. Answer:	I can mount the adapter to fit my rifle scope. I assume you could too if the eyepiece of your red dot scope is round. Check the dimension ranges of the adapter and compare to your scope to ensure it’ll fit. I might add that putting a digiscope adapter and phone onto your scope which I assume is mounted to your rifle is not an ideal setup in my opinion. Answer:	The type of mount that the Nikon d40x uses is an F Bayonet Mount, I do not think there is a difference in size or compatibility, but there are different types of F lenses such as those with Auto Focus capability, your camera seems to come with AF contacts so it is just an extra feature that my camera does not have.
