Answer:	Definitely good for video in terms of smooth panning as it has can rotate 360 degrees while DSLR camera is sitting on Tripod. Not sure on handles.

Answer:	I have used it with a Canon 80D and the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM Lens and it works fine. Of course the lens has a mount bracket in the middle to "balance'" the weight of the camera and lens together.

Answer:	For me about 3 hours or more. It will depend how you use it. I turn it off after every shot, if I'm going to do something between shots. This way The light last more than 3 hours. I tried not to used it at full power for long, because after 30 to 40 minutes the ligth heats. All that said, I can tell you that at full power, don't used it for more than an hour straight.

Answer:	Most cameras can have an extension, slide in mount on top (for flashes). As long as you can have mount it on one of those, out from the wall a bit, it should fine. Make sure it supports the weight. It's not heavy but you don't want it to fall and you want to reach the controls in back.

Question:	How long does the battery life last, using AA's compared to compared to camera batteries
Answer:	Depends on how long you let it sit idle. I tried to use it yesterday and 8 bucks worth of Lithium AA cells were all dead. It was turned off (it even clicks off). But it was still using the batteries. So to confirm, I measured the current with it firmly in the off position. It draws a constant 5mA drain with it off. From now on, I'll pull out one battery when I'm not using it. Kinda a pain - especially since the brightness dial has a click-off position which means they should have used that to disconnect the battery !

Answer:	Best I can offer is this lil' trick: I have 3 units. I went to Dick's Sports and bought a $9 hand gun case. It's got padding in it, it's plastic, and it's the right size for a few of these. It fits three units plus batteries and 5/8" to coldshoe adapters for each (so I can place on stands). I'm sure there's cases like this on here on Amazon. I consider these a poor man's pelican but be clear that while protective they are no pelican case. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The Canon EOS 6D uses interchangeable lenses. It depends on the lens rather than the camera body. The R-160 threads onto the front of the lens.

Answer:	Aside from being able to mount it on the hot shoe with the macro ring light (removable) hot shoe adapter that comes with it... You are also provided with lens adapter ring plates that screw on to the front of your desired lens just as a UV filter would screw onto the lens. There are 6 ring plates that will work with the following lenses with these thread sizes: 49mm/52mm/55mm/58mm/62mm/67mm. Once you screw the correct adapter ring plate onto your lens, you then mount and slide the macro ring light onto the plate. It locks in pretty well. You can hold your camera in any position, landscape or portrait, without the macro light sliding off. So as long as you aren't swinging your camera around aggressively. Hope this helps!
