Answer:	It looks identical. it is really cheap, but does the trick for blocking light. I wouldn't use it in a windy environment unless you have a way to "lock" the flags in place. I love it for the money, and there are even, what looks like mounting holes for a filter holder on the rear, though I don't know which one might work. I've had mine over a year, and as long as you care for it, it will last you.
