Answer:	I think it would work just fine to make yogurt. I used mason jars today and they worked out well. You first need to heat your milk to 180 degrees. You can do this in the IP or on the stove top. Then you cool it down to 110-115 degrees. I put the pot in a sink with a few inches of cold water to speed up the cooling process. Once it reaches this temperature, you can add your starter, either fresh yogurt with live cultures or a packet with a freeze dried culture (follow directions on the packet). You stir it in until its is well mixed. Then I poured mine into the jars, put them in my IP and set it to yogurt for 8 hours. You could certainplace the yogurt in this pot if you like. I prefer the jars because then I can put a lid on them and place them directly in the refrigerator. You can just make the yogurt directly in the IP pot too, of course. You don't actually need an inner pot to make yogurt.
Question:	Is the inner pod prone to scratch
Answer:	Hello thank you for your question. The Hatrigo stackable pot in pot will work if it fits inside your pressure cooker. The dimensions are about 7.75 inches diameter and 4.5 inches height. If your presto inner pot is larger then that size, then it should fit fine. Thank you.

Answer:	It will get some water but not so easily. In an instant pot we set and ran 40 minute steam for some fresh corns on the cobs. After done, It didn't have much runny liquid in the inner pot. Maybe had about half tsp liquid. The corns were washed and so some liquid might be from the wash. The corns were in the room temperature and so that might be helpful to cut down the water from the condensation. Not sure if that amount of water will ruin a cake.

Care Tips For Long Lasting Life:

1. When using metallic cookware, do not scratch surface with sharp object.

2. After use, remove moisture and keep dry.

3. Do not soak foods high in salt and sugar for long periods of time.

4. If food is burned during cooking, replace it with hot water for 2-3 hours and then soak and wipe with baking soda or stainless steel cleaner.

5. If it cannot be washed, put an appropriate amount of water and baking soda to boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Then wipe with water thoroughly before it cools.

Answer:	It's a non-stick coated bowl. I suppose if you use metal utensils or harsh cleaning brushes, it could scratch. But if you take care of it like any other non-stick coated pan and use a less-abrasive brush and only use plastic utensils, I'm sure it will stay smooth and in tact. I will say, I'v never had the need to scrub or scrape anything. It cleans easily with soap and water so I don't see the need to use anything that would scratch the bowl at all. Like the previous person said, it cleans beautifully every time for me as well.
