Answer:	Hi Ole,Just checked with the tech guy, turns out that you need to switch your camera to manual mode, if the pics turns out black, lower the exposure time and adjust the aperture, i.e. if you shoot at 1/200 and the pics turns out black, set to 1/100 or 1/50 etc.

Answer:	No - the adapter does not have any weather sealing at the mount. Cannot determine if the control ring is sealed in any way, but I doubt it. It is $200 less expensive so there are bound to be trade offs

Answer:	Outside of Canon lenses, I've only used this adapter with a Sigma 150-600 Sports Lens and a both a Sigma and Canon 1.4 teleconverters on a Canon R6. This is a crazy heavy lens and the in-camera stabilization makes handheld shots much easier than with my EOS IV. I've used it with my Prime Canon lenses as well and the adapter ring is nice. Since I purchased the R6 I've tried to buy a Canon adapter - but they are always on back-order and significantly more expensive. In short, I don't have any Sigma Art glass - but it works well enough with what I have - so much so that I've backed off in my search for the Canon equivalent. Hope that helps

Answer:	No. this is just an adapter ring that connects to camera lens on one side and allows the right size other lenses--polarizer, macro, filters, ect -- to attach to the other side. allowing a camera to use different mm lenses or allowing a camera that has no screw threads to add different lenses. i have a SX60 HS and it works fine. i suggest screwing the new lens on the adapter first, then adding to camera.
Question:	My canon sx-530-hs has a 50x 15 lens. will the kiwifotos 58mm aluminum lens filter adapter ring fit it
Answer:	Bought this adapter for my SX 60 HS works so much better than either of the plastic ones that broke or fell off! I believe the 60 is just an upgrade to the 530, they both take 58mm filters.
Question:	This goes on the camera very well. however i put a uv filter on yit and i can't get it off the adapter to change filters. any suggestions
Answer:	I guess the filter is screwed in too tight on the adapter,to remove the filter, I would suggest you to buy a filter wrench which would help you unscrew the filter more easier.
