Answer:	Apply lotion around hairline (not in hair), ears and back of neck so it doesn't dye your skin. Do this before applying dye. Wait 10-15 minutes for auto-shutoff. It may look much darker than your selected color. Ignore... After 10-15 minutes, rinse and shampoo twice. I noticed the formula has a built-in conditioner or so it seems. Skin dyed around the scalp wears off within a few days and washes off during your normal next shampoo cycle. I have not had any dye come off on my pillow and have been using this for about 4 years. 6 weeks is just about right for re-color. Recommend starting off with a color match one below your normal hair color the first time. Don't let it get in your eyes.. It burns.. After shampoo, dry, blow dry, comb and use whatever products like holding sprays etc. I use two packages for medium length and fuller hair. Short hair may get by with one package. Don't let the dye get on anything!!! No clothes, Walls, furniture, carpet, etc.Wear the gloves so your hands don't get stained

About six or eight weeks later, I reapplied another 1/3 tube and it still worked though a little less strong, so a week later I put in the remaining 1/3 and it got me back to the original result. So yes, as long as you squeeze from the bottom and cap the tube right away and flush out the comb, you can get another application out of it.
