Answer:	Hi Doodle, you either need to manually pick up the receiver and hang it up when your done with the call. Or you can purchase the HL10 Handset Lifter which picks up the receiver for you to answer/end phone calls up to 350 feet away from your phone. Answer:	Plantronics 66735-01 Uniband CS50 Headband with ear Cushion for CS50 I purchased this Uniband for my CS55 and it works fine. The ear bud still sits on the charger even with the band on it. It made quite a difference in the weight on the ear which everyone in the office is raving about. I used to wear my ear bud on the left ear and when ever I got a call on my cell or needed to answer another phone in the office, I would take the ear bud off so I could use my left ear (I'm sure there is some DNA that we have that determines which ear we like to answer the phone with). So if you already have the Plantronics system you only need to but the headband. Answer:	Hi--I have black headphones and a much smaller head size than you. To be honest, I find mine too snug with my much smaller head. However, the good news is that those with larger craniums have bigger brains and are much happier and more successful than the rest of us. The color is just cosmetic. Lucky you!! Go celebrate!! Answer:	Ditto to the other responses - you need to hold the button down to stay muted. When on long conference calls, I frequently put myself on mute and this feature's function has not been an issue because both my LAN and mobile phones have mute buttons.
Question:	does this work with the iphone
Answer:	It WILL work with an iPhone, and most Android phones. You just need to also purchase a 2.5 mm (female) to 3.5 mm (male) adapter. (This headset has a 2.5 mm pin/plug, and the iPhone has a 3.5 mm socket.) These adapters are available on Amazon for around $4. I had looked quite extensively for a headset with a 3.5 mm pin (also know as plug or jack) without success. They just do not seem to be available in a headset of this quality. However, I have used this set up for several years now when working from home (or even in the office) and it works well! The headset will fail before the adapter does. :)

Question:	can this be used for cell phones
Answer:	no. It's happened once or twice when the left fails to pair at all, but I'm pretty sure that was a bug. normally, the right runs out of battery first, and putting it back in the case also cuts the connection with the left. I've never had the left work on its own.

The Allworx phone will auto-answer when removing the headset from the charger, or pressing the big "answer" button in the middle of the headset, as well as hang up when pressing the button or returning the headset to the charger. They can remain "off-hook" with no sound in your ear, until you answer an incoming call/line on the handset or in the Interact App. It's a great headset for receptionist and heavy call use.
