Answer:	None. I really like these earbuds, the only issue is I have interference with the blutooth even if my phone is in my back pocket.

Answer:	Answer calls by tapping left earbud. Reject with right. Hold left bud for volume down. Hold right for volume up. Tap once on either bud to play/pause. Tap twice on right to skip to the next track. Tap twice on left to repeat current track or go to previous. I don't know about Siri as i have a Samsung, but I haven't figured out my Google assistant with them yet

Answer:	The vendor claims they have active noise cancellation but THEY DO NOT! For outside noise reduction, sticking wadded-up paper in your ears would be more effective. That said, active noise cancellation wouldn't help with "yelling and laughing" (as you asked), because active noise cancellation works only on very steady noise (such as a plane engine). Neither the manual or the box even mentions an active noise cancellation feature; the vendor's claim of such is an utter scam.
Question:	How good is the microphone on this earbuds
Answer:	I have a number of earbuds and these by far have the best phone call quality. These are my go to earbuds as a number of people have shared with me they had no idea I was on earbuds and not a headset during conference calls at work. Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Question:	The earbuds works perfect in doors but when i go for a run or walk thats when i have a problem I have to always have to keep my phone to my chest for
Answer:	It's not the earbuds themselves, it is the phone I think. I can jump around while the phone is sitting on a table or counter, put the phone in my pocket and the signal gets wonky...going in and out. So maybe strap the phone down better? I am not a runner but I have seen those straps people use for phones that wrap around the upper arm....that might correct the problem? Stuffing the phone in a pocket or pouch does not seem to work well. Otherwise, you might need buds that are designed specifically with exercise...Good Luck! The price is hard to beat!
Question:	Case is fully charge, but earphones won’t charge. How to charge my them
Answer:	You will need to clean the contact on the earbuds from my time to time. Mines has sweat and dust block it from getting contact with the case to charge.
Question:	volume on the phone is at 100% but I can barely hear music. I've had them for a few months. I tried the factory reset but didn't help. Any ideas
Answer:	I am having the same problem after ~1 month of using them, and the warranty website is nonexistent. If you happen to solve the problem or get a replacement/refund, can you let me know? I charged the earbuds/case fully, factory reset them as in the directions, and they still only produce faint sound. I think they cut out after a particularly sweaty workout which makes me think something inside shorted out and they are not sweatproof as advertised.

Answer:	I had the same problem at first and then realized that the USB-C cord that came with it required a little more 'umph' when inserting it. I pressed it in harder and it 'snapped' in place, then the case started charging.
