Answer:	AT&T support told me that the basic difference is that the TL7800 has a magnetic cradle when TL7600 does not.

Answer:	Yes, the TL 7800 headset is compatible with the TL86103 2-line cordless phone. That being said, the connection instructions in the TL7800 user's manual are incorrect. First charge the headset for at least an hour. The light on the headset will slowly flash blue and red. With the headset in the charger station, press the on/off button until the light flashes blue and red rapidly. On your TL86103 base, select "Menu", "Settings", and then "Registration". Be sure the light on the headset is still flashing blue and red rapidly by the time you select "Registration" on the base phone. It will take 15-20 seconds to register. The base of the phone will then display a message that the headset is registered. I was successful only through trial and error. I did not find this procedure in the TL7800 manual or via an online search. Good luck!

Answer:	Sorry, the headset model is only for AT&T Syn248 phone models. It is not for AT&T CL84102. We checked the AT&T CL84102 user manual. Can't find if it supports any headset at all.

Answer:	This headset has no dial pad abilities, and the dial pads on the base or the cordless handsets are not active if you just pick up a call with the headset. You would also have to pick up the call on either the base or on one of the handsets to use the buttons to "press for prompts". You would then have two devices active on the call at the same time - the headset and either a handset or the base. This sometimes causes feedback if you have them too close together, or if one is on speakerphone. This is a drawback with the AT&T system. I had a Plantronics Calisto previously and the keypad remained active when you picked up a call with the headset.
