I'm in the process of trying to find a suitable product that is UL (not ETL) Listed. I've recently seen some reviews of Tripp Lite products that indicate safety issues.

Answer:	No. From the photo, I thought it was a slip on with decorate lacing without tying. They are traditional lace ups. Husband says they’re the most comfortable shoes he’s ever worn.
