Answer:	You should be able to because it's the air release button that prevents the tire from deflating. As long as you don't press it the gauge will just display the pressure.

Question:	Can you remove the clip on chuck and replace it with a dual head chuck
Answer:	Sir I think your asking if you can replace the tire valve chuck. I suppose one can if you unscrew the tire chuck from the fitting and your "dual head" device has matching screw in connection. If not I suppose you could remove the brass clamp on the hose and replace the entire chuck piece as long as your dual device has the appropriate sized nipple and you can crimp clamp it onto the hose.
Question:	Is this a cheap knock off of the jaco flowpro tire inflator gauge? even the product description was copied
Answer:	There’s a JACO shown below this one. In neither case do you have a “Tire Inflator.” It’s a gauge. If you plug this thing into your tire thinking you’re going to inflate it, then you better hope you have a AAA membership, because an hour later you’re going to still have a flat tire. Very misleading product name. Amazon should have made it clear that an air compressor is required.
Question:	does it read pressure while inflating, or do you have to let go of the trigger to read the pressure
Answer:	That's the disadvantage of the digital readout; it isn't continuous reading like my analog dial tire inflator. With the analog one, it's much quicker because the reading returns immediately after releasing the trigger or the bleed valve, so the pressure can be set without the lag time needed for the digital gauge to acquire the reading.
Question:	Do you need an air compressor or does it connect to the gas station pumps
Answer:	This is setup to connect to a 1/4" quick (dis)connect fitting. The QD fittings are what are almost always on the working end of air hoses which have a general purpose. In other words a shop, garage, etc. where different air tools may often be switched out on the hose end. Gas station air hoses really have just one intended purpose; to fill tires with air. Therefore they almost always have a Schrader type inflation tip. So out of the box, no this will not work at a gas station. By adding a bit extra to this, you can use it at gas stations. All you would need to do, is instead of threading in the supplied 1/4" QD male, put in what is called a tank valve. It will have the threading to attach to the inlet port of this tool, and have a Shrader valve (just like tires have) on it's other end. Answer:	I think its M8 (fine pitch). I wanted to replace the gauge on mine so I pulled it off and realized it's not 1/8 npt. It's not tapered and major diameter is about .315, so I'm looking to get an inflator with a 1/4 not gauge port (for better accuracy at 32 psi).

Answer:	I went out to the garage and put the clip on the valve of a bike tire. Put reasonable pull off pressure. The clip held.

Answer:	If I understand your question correctly, it has 1/4” NPT threads. My husband has it at work, so I may have to update answer later.

Answer:	Sorry we do not have the inflator from 0 PSI, the minmum is from 10-90psi, which is our AT1009.
Question:	how is the accuracy and legibility of the guage
Answer:	It seems to be accurate matching what my other guage says within a couple psi but hard to get an exact psi as the numbers are pretty close together. My cheap pen stick guage has a much longer read-out an dmotre nothes for a more exact read-out. It is a good unit, Easy to use and read the numbers. Its PSI only - no KPA on the guage if that helps.

Answer:	The gauge is in the black housing, when the the air chuck has been connected, the gauge will came out from the other end of housing.
Question:	Will this inflator gauge work with liquid filled tires that are on tractors
Answer:	Any inflator will work on tractor tires filled with liquid. You just have to make sure the valve stem is rotated to the top of the tire, above the water line in the tire. No tractor tire is COMPLETELY filled with liquid. Since large tractor tires are pretty low PSI, you can get away with inflating a tire no matter where the vale stem is (you will hear air bubbling through the liquid), but just to be on the safe side I always make sure the valve is above the water line.

Question:	I see some people had trouble with the gauge not reading correctly. Is this a common problem with it
Answer:	I have had issues with two of these reading 2lbs low. Contacted Jayco on the first unit and they sent me a new one and again reading 2 lbs low. I tested it against 4 other gauges that I have that all read correctly. The tool is nice and the consistency is on point from the two that were sent to me. My solution is to just inflate 2lbs more than I would with my other units...

Answer:	yes but I would not buy it because the gauge blew off of it the three time I use it

Answer:	Mine does not do that, it only shoes tire pressure when I connect it else 0 pressure. I just checked... I would suggest a leaking valve but in any event I would return/exchange it.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

If using a dual head type tire chuck with an inflator gauge and notice air is escaping through the off-side once connected to the tire’s Schrader valve, simply release the trigger and remove the inflator from the Schrader/tire valve. Point the straight side of the outlet up into the air (make sure it’s not pointed at someone). Squeeze trigger, allow air to flow (gravity will cause the sealing valve to drop), and place the chuck end onto the Schrader/tire valve while air is still flowing. Air will start to flow into the tire.

Dual head type tire chucks are unable to inflate a completely flat (zero air pressure) tire. Tire air pressure would normally cause the sealing valve to move and seal the unused side of the chuck. However, if a tire has 0 air pressure, the self-sealing valve has no pressure to react to.

Question:	Has anyone used this with a presta adapter
Answer:	this is an automotive style so it has a schrader valve fitting. Look for a presta valve adapter. They are cheap, buy two they're small so you're going to lose it. Other than specialty bike supplies nothing comes ready to use with a presta valve.
Question:	Can any sort of Presta adapter be used with this inflator
Answer:	Yes, I use it on Presta & Schrader valves on my bicycle tires.
Question:	how do you switch from straight to angled head
Answer:	You don't. The angled head is for checking a truck dual when the valve stem is facing away from you. You go behind it with the angle head and pull it toward you.
Question:	Has anyone verified the accuracy of the gauge
Answer:	It's close when it's new but it will lose calibration. From Roy's review: "To adjust this gauge, take the big screw off of the end, and then pry out the plastic discs with the little holes in the center. Now slide the cartridge out. Take the big screw off the end of the cartridge, and use a little screwdriver to adjust the gauge. 1/2 turn = about 5 psi at the low (30-40 lb) end of the scale. A little trial and error checking against a gauge you trust at the pressures you’re checking... and you’re done." It definitely helped me, I just calibrated mine and it's dead on. I'll add that you want to turn the screw clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the reading.

Answer:	4-24-16 The one I received today IS the updated version with the steel mesh hose and 2 AAA batteries. Also, simplified battery installation/replacement procedure. Simply peel back the rubber cover, pry open battery compartment door, install batteries, replace compartment door and re-seat rubber cover.

Answer:	Yes, the black air hose that is attached to this unit has 1/4" NPT on both ends and fits standard accessories. It appears that any of the Milton dual head air chucks will fit as they are furnished with female 1/4" NPT.
Question:	Does this unit hold and seal the tire stem well? The clamp looks the cheap one that doesn't stay on the valve stem
Answer:	Put on correctly, it seals and will hold air...it is not a cheap fitting. I have used mine to check tire pressure even without an air hose hooked up when I was just checking.
