Question:	What is the country of origin regarding the manufacturer of these discs
Answer:	The discs are made in Taiwan by CMC Magnetics, who has made them for many years and now owns the brand.

Answer:	You can write data files onto the disc (i.e. doc or text files) as well as any computer files or record music but not both

Answer:	Yes, I have not had any problems playing cd music or mp3 music disc burned onto these disc. My DVD/CD burner burns these disc at 40X with never a failure.
Question:	Is it erasable? I mean, can overwrite what I have previously recorded? If the answer is yes, will it affect the quality of the second recording
Answer:	This is an old question with old answers. YES you can edit your content (at least on Windows 10). When you first insert the CD into your drive, you will be prompted to either use it as a USB or CD. If you select USB you can edit (add/modify/delete) files. As a test, I saved an MP4 file and a text file then deleted the text file. No problem. I also added a text file then modified its' contents and resaved the text file (same file name). No problem. The other bonus is that the MP4 was read and played off of this disk. Just like I would expect (as if it was on a USB stick). There should be no degradation in performance, but all media (hard disks, solid state (drives, memory, USB) have write limits. You can only write to a disk so many times.

Answer:	They are primary for use in stand alone audio cdr burners/recorders. You can use regular cdrs on computers that record data, music or video files. On stand alone audio burners/recorders if you use non designated music disks you will get a message of pro disk and will not be able to record anything. Thus these machines need designated blank(music) cd’s to operate. Copying these cd’s on a duplication machine you can use regular cd data disks. Hope that helps you.

Question:	Is there a difference /compatibitity issue between a CD.R written by a standalone cd writer and a computer / Windows media writter
Answer:	CDRs are good in computers only. They can be recorded and played back there. They will not be accepted for recording by a component CD writer. For that, a CDR- Audio disc, commonly marked 'music' is needed. These will play back anywhere while the computer generated homemade discs will often skip periodically on car units, boom boxes, and various model guitar trainers. Professionally mastered and duplicated CDRs should be good anywhere.
Question:	Will these discs record in my Magnavox 765 recorder
Answer:	I'd guess these aren't likely to work on an older Philips/Magnavox recorder. Maybe some of the ones available in 2014 would have; they were then sourced from Ritek, but since late 2016 or so they have been made by CMC Magnetics, who also make discs branded as Memorex, Imation, Verbatim and others. The trouble seems more due the physical layout of the disc than to the type of dye used.

Answer:	I'm using a 2008 TEAC CDRW880 hooked up to an Onkyo stereo reciever.. I've been using CD-R Music in the Maxell, TDK and Memorex brands and have never had any recording issues. The CD has to be a CD-R "MUSIC". A regular CD-R can't be used except on a computer to save pictures & video.

Answer:	You can burn photos and anything else that's in digital format like backing up files on your computer. Of course you need to have a CD-Writer on your computer, not just a reader.

Answer:	First you must use a device that can write to a CD/DVD (desktop computer is best). Next you need an adapter to connect your laptop/phone to the device that can write to an optical disk (CD/DVD) This adapter is a cable with a micro USB connector @ one end & a standard sized USB connector at the other end. (Micro goes in phone, standard goes in computers USB socket) Use windows explorer to download the pics from the phone to a folder on the hard drive. Answer:	It comes with blank CDs ready to be recorded on. I do home recording and use these once the songs are mixed and mastered. Very reliable product.

Answer:	I do home recording on an eight track digital portable recording studio. I have to convert the MP3s to WAV format, but that is just a requirement for my recorder. I would think an MP3 would record just fine on theses if you are recording through a PC.

Question:	Can these be used for audio
Answer:	Yes
Question:	What color are the disks on the recording side
Answer:	The underside is the usual greenish toned silver. The tops are of course just white.
Question:	Can these also be used as a regular cd without printing
Answer:	I use them all the time and write on them with a big black sharpie. I do audio books in iTunes, which burns a lot of them (avg book is 12-15 CD's). Burn and write on them, as long as it is on the white side you can doodle them up. The quality of them is amazing, I have gone thru maybe 1000 of them with no coasters. The spindle is the weak link, the little tab things on the bottom break off easily and then when you pick it up the top comes off and you have CDs everywhere. But even then I picked them all up and they burned fine.
Question:	What do you need to print on these discs
Answer:	I use a Canon Pixma iP7220 printer, which sell for under a hundred dollars at Staples and many other big box stores. So far, I have made printed about 300 cd's with this printer, and I only had to replace the ink cartridges once...(buy generic ink replacements rather than the Canon replacements) I usually find the ink replacements on Amazon for under $20.00 for the XL size, which contain even more ink. I have used these Verbatim white cd's before, and they work flawlessly. Always make sure when you purchase printable cd's that you get the P/N # 95252...which is the smaller hole cd. If you buy any other number, the hole in the center will be larger in diameter, and the ink will smear on the plastic part of the hole. With the 95252, there is no smearing because the hole is smaller, and your printer will print to the very edge of the hole, resulting in a cleaner print out. I hope this info helps in your decision.

Answer:	your burning MP3's not audio CD's and car players are real iffy about playing MP3's. Try it in one of your friends newer or more expensive car and see what you get.

Answer:	Yes, they are for music. I recently found out, however, that we shouldn't use the re-writable for making albums to sell.

Answer:	I don't know much about m4p files, but the issues you're having wouldn't have anything to do with the Verbatim blanks. I found this on the 'net, which is probably your problem - "iTunes M4P is an encoded audio file format which limits the number of computers that can share a given file. ... If you pay for iTunes Plus, you can convert existing protected files to less restrictive files. ... Alternately, try burning the songs to a CD and re-importing them as MP3 files ... "
