Answer:	Just got back from a 15 day stay in China and uses the adapter throughout with no problems. Used on 240 volt supplies and even on 120 volt systems, encountered no problems. Even here in the states when I only had a single 120 V plug, when I wanted to connect multiple UPS cords the adapter worked without any problems. For a laptop or any other piece of equipment verify that the laptop or Kindle, iPad whatever, doesn't draw more power than the adapter is certified for. Answer:	I am sorry, I have no idea where it came from that I ordered this, but I never did. However, having traveled around the world, I would say that it would. Most of the universal converters have a converter (the main box you are looking at in the picture) and then the plugs that you plug your US plug into and plug into the type of plug that they use in the country you are visiting. MOST European use the standard three plug that this one has a couple of. So I am guessing you would be fine. Remember, clocks will NOT work, because they rely on the amperage in the US and it is different. These are only good for plugging in blow dryers and such. I would use extreme caution even plugging a computer into it. Just relax and enjoy Amsterdam. It is amazing!!

Answer:	It is not supposed to be loud. I have had this problem with a few of mine. Trying giving it a gentle tap on a hard surface. If that doesn’t work you can take it apart and try to get the fan to sit properly in its slot or what I did was remove the fan altogether. Unit will still work but at a reduced power rate. If it overheats. It will just shut down.
