Answer:	You would need to order this optional adapter/holder for fitting the "C" & "D" batteries in this charger: "C & D BATTERY ADAPTER FOR POWER BM200 BT-C2000 BT-C3100 CHARGER." Do a search on it...they cost about $4 each and are usually shipped from China. Purchase two of them (as I recently did)...No more than that, as only two "C" or "D" cells will fit within this charger simultaneously! These adapters are manufactured for an essentially-similar-type of charger of a different brand but I'm 95% confident that they WILL enable this charger, as well, to charge a pair of these larger batteries (as long as they are Nickel Metal Hydride-types...just set the "Zanflare's" charging-current to at least 700mah for charging these larger-sized/capacity cells).
Question:	Does this charger do refresh? ex. if battery capacity is too low will it bring back to normal
Answer:	I have a nitecore 3200 mah 18650, it was in flashlight for too long and voltage was dropped so bad I couldn't detect any output(of course, it won't recharge either). After I got C4, I put it in and use the NOR test, it charging it from 3.2 volt (way tooooo low be valid in any appliances) until 4.3 volt full charge, and whole cycle took 15 hours!!!! but the battery capacity went back to 3100 mah !!!!!! and i did another quick test which it passed 3200 mah. So it will save your sleeping batteries while other charges won't.

Answer:	A moderate load is important to check AAA, AA, C, D and 9v or any other battery for that matter. The reason is the open circuit voltage check does not indicate if the battery has the Current capability to sustain the nominal 1.5 or 9.0v under a light to moderate load for a brief 1-3 seconds. Even with a loaded test, it does not indicate the remaining Amp Hours. But a loaded test is a quick and easy light weight check and is a step better than not loaded.

The only thing I can see that would relate to the purplish blue reference is the color of the LCD screen once it is plugged in to the power outlet. Otherwise the entire physical charger cable and plug are all black. It works great for me.

Answer:	It has quick test which I believe is the battery impedance. Multiply the battery impedance times the current draw of your application. The result is the voltage drop internal to the battery. If that number is significant, like more than about a few % of the battery voltage the loss will heat up the battery. The most discharge current is 2000 mA or 2 Amperes.

Answer:	The maximum battery capacity this charger can handle is 20,000mAh. This should not be confused with the maximum charging current of 2000mA.Note that Capacity (mAh) = Current (mA) * Time (h). That means to recharge a 20,000mAh battery at 2000mA will take ~10 hours.

Answer:	In a way, yes.. Only one comes with a car charger. The car charger is just pretty much a straight cord through, so it should be cheap to acquire. The input voltage on these is 12v. The reason that there is 2 versions is, one is labeled to be sold in the USA only, and one is for international sales.. Basically, the same thing, just 2 different model numbers on them. The international version is cheaper though. Also, while they do not mention this, they say that these will only work with AA, etc.. they do not mention D size batteries, but, if you have them, I found that if you just lay a penny upright over the + end, it will make a connection and you can charge D size batteries with this too.

Answer:	No, you have to select the voltage and type of battery before starting the charge process.

Answer:	Suggest you read the simple manual that comes with the product. But the scenario you describe means it is charging your battery. When the "Charging complete" light illuminates, the battery is charged.
Question:	Is this a smart charger? How does this charger differ from the Pro-Logix 12 and 16 amp "automatic" chargers
Answer:	It is a smart charger in that it uses a "proprietary Multi-phase charging process". According to the packaging, it's a 7 phase charging process where some phases are constant current and some are constant voltage. In one of the phases (phase 6) it does out a load on the battery and then recharges it. It also has a soft start mode to recover deeply discharged batteries and a battery recondition mode, which I assume is to restore sulphate batteries. I'm not familiar with the 12/16 amp chargers so I can only assume that the difference is the maximum charging current. The PL2320 is a very nice charger. I mainly use it as a maintenance charger on one of my lesser used cars and it works great.
Question:	Has anyone experienced %charged staying at 95 percent... Then if I unplug and re-plug it in then it shows 100 percent? Just odd timing or an issue
Answer:	The reason it shows that the battery is 100% charged, is because the voltage of the battery hasn't dropped down to its "resting" voltage. It still has a "float" charge which WILL decrease and be completely gone in about 3hrs. So when you unplug the charger and plug it back in, the charger thinks you're trying to charge a battery that is already fully charged because it has +13.0 volts (float voltage). Lead acid batteries are 100% charged at +12.6 volts (resting voltage), AGM batteries are 100% charged at +12.8 volts (resting voltage).Basically if you unplug the battery while it's still charging, you have to wait for the battery to get back down to its resting voltage for the charger to know the exact condition of the battery which takes about +2-3hrs. If it's your car battery you can just turn your lights on for 15-20 minutes without the engine running and stick it back on the charger. You'll see it start back at the actual % charge of the battery. Hope this helped.
