Answer:	If I needed a lid I would just buy an 11 inch lid. However I do not use this pan like that. A lid will cause a steaming of your food. I do use a large splatter screen. I use the pan for steaks, chops, fish. (stuff you want a sear on) I hated cleaning my old cast iron and gave up on it years ago. Love this pan.

Answer:	What makes you think you can't use olive oil with this pan? Perhaps you are confused about the statement that you do not need to "season the cast iron pan with oil"? FYI - UNcoated cast iron pans do require that you "season" them with oil before you cook with them. UNcoated cast iron pans should also never be washed with soap and water. Neither of those statements is true for this ceramic coated cast iron pan.

Answer:	The ones I have are combo style allowing you to use either a flathead or Phillips screwdriver. I used a socket driver with a cordless screwdriver to install mine; 1/4" socket I believe. That way I could apply some pressure and the screws would self-tap into the wood w/o having to drill a pilot hole.

Answer:	With out a mic, I the dia. is 1/8inch and overall length from bottom of screw head to tip is 7/8inch and 1inch from top of screw head to tip. 5/8inch of screw shaft and 1/4inch of smooth shaft. 1/4inch nut driver head with #1 Philips and straight screw driver slot.

Answer:	No, it doesn't, it just a very basic HDMI switcher. I have a Xbox One, PS3 and a Samsung Theater connected to the switch. The xbox One doesn't have any trouble, and neither does the theater, but the PS3 for some reason gives me alot of static. Other than that, an excellent HDMI switch.

Answer:	I will say no, but the L bracket you may have to modify it like flatten it some because it need something to hold on to so you can adjust it to where you need it to see certain areas . Other than that mine works good for me I flipped the L bracket and fastened it to the metal post under my carport to see the sidewalk for people walking by when I pull out.
