Answer:	It’s definitely matte, but I don’t think it’s too drying
Question:	Are these colors actually matte? In all the purchaser photos they look a little shiny
Answer:	I wear Red Hot a lot. If I have lip balm underneath, about 30% comes off. Without lip balm, only the powder on the surface is lost. If you're just giving someone a peck on the cheek real fast, it won't transfer. The Bare Minerals matte liquid lip colors have a similar soft, velvety finish but adhere better. The most transfer proof for me are The Balm and MAC liquid lipcolors.
Question:	Are these actually waterproof? I'm planning to go swimming in a few days but want to look fab at the same time lol
