Answer:	This package includes the VHStoDVD 7.0 Plus (for PC) and Video Conversion for Mac. The only difference between the 7.0 Plus and 7.0 Deluxe is that the Plus version does not include the Blu-ray burning.
Question:	Do you have to play the movie as it converts? does it take convert in high speed or does it take the full movie length time
Answer:	To answer your first question: Yes you have to play the movie as it converts otherwise if you fast forward it it might record you fast forwarding it. Unfortunately there's no work around on that. To answer your second question, no it doesn't convert in high speed unless you have a Solid State Drive and have 16 GB RAM or more then it might, but that's just an educated guess. Otherwise it depends on the length of the tape. The longest I had to record was 2 hours and 28 minutes. The shortest I had to record was 5 minutes. Also it depends on well taken care of and clean the tape is, I noticed the first time I did a tape it kept destabilizing after cleaning the tape it stabilized perfectly the conversion was very smooth.

Answer:	They are standard rca jacks. The male end looks to be about 3-4 millimeters.

Answer:	No software needed for iMac - Use QuickTime P: Plug the converter Play the tape VCR Open Q T P - (click cancel to the opening window) and on "File" tab click on "New Movie Recording" (you should see a window with the tape video playing with no sound) - (you may not have vid playing yet at that time) Click in the window anywhere (if no video or no sound or both) you will see next to the record button the arrow. Click this arrow for pref and select: "AV to USB2.0" for the vid and same for "microphone" Then click record, when done close the window to initiate the saving message. Done

Question:	Suddenly when I start the car it keeps saying unknown disc when there is a DVD player in there. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Help
Answer:	We had to buy a new one when it started doing this to us. It was annoying and it was shortly after we bought it. Have you tried turning it off and then back on?
Question:	if you cut the car off (like when you get gas) when you cut it back on does the movie start completely over

You need to be able to extend the yellow-tipped power cord. Because it is 4.8mm (outside diameter) x 1.7mm (inside diameter), finding an extension cord has proven difficult. Never fear! You can make your own. Purchase:- Something like "Conwork 10-Pack 4.8mm x1.7 mm DC Plug Male Solder Power Adapter Straight Connector"- and something like "25 ft Cable (7.7 m) 24 Gauge(Awg) 2 Conductor Wire for Single Color (Red and Black) LED Strips, 25 feet - DEMASLED"You'll need to solder the power connectors to the cable, which means you can make the power cord as long as you want it.
