Answer:	Yes. That’s the only way to have access to the screen. However, the closure is magnetic and very easy to just flip open the closure and when you open the cover, your screen is right there. Answer:	I don't see why not. It's outputting an analog signal and doesn't "care" what happens to it as long as the signal going in links properly.

Answer:	This is the converter. So whatever you sent into it that will be what you get out. I used them for the blackmagic 4K switcher. I set my camera to what I want to send and the blackmagic to what I want to see. Hope that help.

Answer:	The red LED light is the power indicator on this hdmi to sdi converter.And the green LED light is the signal indicator on it.When the red light works,it means power on,and when the green light works,it means there is signal input.Otherwise,the product would not work when any led light does not work.
