Answer:	I wear one sometimes when I'm taking a nap if I'm having an unusually rough day with pollen and nasal blockage or whatever and after my nap I may go down and do some gardening or something active and I find that it's helpful. I would imagine that running or working out would be more effective if you are able to breathe better and deeply, especially that when I've watched a football game on TV I occasionally see a player wearing one and look at how active they are on the field. Answer:	On the box it says " sized to fit all" I wear them on the lower one third of my nose and I am extremely happy with the result. I do think that the lavender scent aids in falling asleep. I highly recommend the product especially if you have a problem with stuffy nose.

Answer:	The glue works well over night and through the day, for example, if you had a cold and wanted to keep the strip on. To take it off, best if you either wash your face with warm water, especially the strip, or, better, if you shower, get that strip nice and wet and it will dissolve the glue and it will fall off. If you don't wet your face, it will be like tearing off a sticky piece of tape. In that case, pull it off SLOWLY and it won't hurt. Then wash the residue off with warm water.

Answer:	I ordered both "tan" and "clear". The tan ones stuck to my nose, and my nose hurt if I don't use soap and water to remove it. Who wants to stand in front of the mirror to take the time to wash your Breathe Right off with soap and water? The clear ones can be removed first thing in the morning in bed without water. To answer your question, my best guess is that these "tan" ones are original. I would avoid them and look for "clear" in the Breathe Right title before I order them.

Answer:	COCONUT OIL! I just slather a small amount all over (maybe a 1/4 of teaspoon-ish) and on the edges especially. By the time you've worked it in, it's already coming off. Just gently work it in and around. In about 30 seconds it's off. Wash the remaining glue with soap and warm water. Apply more coconut oil because it's just so good for you and your skin! I didn't want to wait for a shower. I'm currently using the original.

Answer:	Before I put one on, I put of strip of face cream down the middle of my nose. I also crease the strip in the middle. It adheres well to the sides of my nose and comes off easier when I lift the sides together. In the beginning I used uni-solve, an adhesive remover wipe. I prefer the clear strips because cream on the bridge of my nose and creasing the middle makes the adhesive remover unnecessary.

However, these "Advanced" strips have a design which seems to provide an even better result than the Extras, but it's not definitive.The primary problem is that they're only available as "Clear" strips. I've always found the plastic "springs" in the original Clear Breathe Rights to be very weak and the adhesive in those strips to be poor. Both aspects are improved in this version, but the adhesive is still lacking. It's not as good as the adhesive on the Tan strips, and it leaves a residue on your nose which can be difficult to clean off. Answer:	Use Swan 99% alcohol (available from Amazon) as a swab by shaking a drop or two onto a tissue. Do NOT use drugstore alcohol, which is on 70% (30% water); it is too weak to get the oil off. Also, tear a small strip from your tissue, and put it right in the center of the strip to keep the aheasive from tearing up the bridge of your nose when you take it off in the morning.

Answer:	I assume it’s just the color. I always get the clear strips so it blends in with my skin tone. The clear ones are not as noticeable as the tan ones are. Hope this helps!!

Answer:	This product is the same size as Breathe Right's Extra Strength nasal strips. It's in between a medium and a large in width.
Question:	Do these strips adhere and stay on all night. Do they stay on strong
Answer:	I have been using these for a very long time. They definitely stay on all night, I prefer these over the stronger beige ones which I've used as well but sometimes they can be a bit hard to pull off and can irritate your skin. I found these clear ones much better and easier to remove. The trick to keep them from falling off at night, is to wash your face really good to remove the oil from your nose and dry wellit before applying the strip, try it I can only say, I have not been disappointed!

Answer:	These do not have a smell. There are some that smell like lavender. I’m not aware of menthol ones.

Answer:	This product does not contain any essential oils or active ingredients.

Answer:	The short answer is no. I am an O.R. nurse and I have a skin sensitivity to latex gloves. The Breathe Right brand uses latex in its adhesive which inflamed my skin soon after I put one on, even the one for sensitive skin. The Clear Passage strips I wear every night and I have no reaction at all to them. I do not know what is in them, but I know it is not latex.

Answer:	The product is not designed to be cut. any cut to the middle of the product will reduce the tension/nasal open strength of the strip.

Answer:	Yes, I have been using it with a CPAP machine (I use full face mask, not nasal only type). These are smaller than the other brands, which actually worked better for my nose size.
