Answer:	I am able to screen mirror all of my apple devices, iPhone and iPad Pro. No issues with connecting. I like that if my iPhone or iPad is in range I get a notification banner asking if I would like to use the keyboard on the device to enter username and password information for an App. Also the Computer app on the apple TV allows me to access all of the movies/tv/music/podcasts in my iTunes still. Now with the latest software on Apple OS, iOS and iMac (mojave) the iTunes has been removed and replaced so that music, tv, podcasts are accessed through their ow individual apps. BUT you can still the computer app on Apple TV and access everything as long as the apps are open on your iMac. (or computer I guess is you have them installed on Windows). With all apple products the only thing you have to do is have all the devices on your apple account logged into the same wi-fi network. That should easy at home. You should have one connection, and only have more than one if the router is dual band. I simply use the 5gb bandwidth for everything Apple and the 2.5Gb band for everything android (includes kindles) because those devices as of this writing do not support 5gb bandwidth and don't show up on the devices. It is one router. All the same. But it shows up as separate networks. So I wanted to point that our in case your provider gave you a dual band router. MUST ALL be on same network (they show up as two different networks to connect to on our devices). Also, YOU MUST HAVE the iTunes or Media Apps set up to allow Family Sharing. Otherwise the apps won't let any of your devices access the media on the iMac, MacBook or computer. It is obvious but also easy to forget is necessary. I just checked the Apple TV model and mine is A1625 which is 4th Gen 32GB. It is not latest and greatest but it looks good and sounds good on my Sony TV which isn't that new. My Apple TV and iOS devices run the latest software which matches the latest mac OSX. That pulled all of the media out into separate apps. BUT I am ok because they didn't take away the computer app that came on the the Apple TV 4th Gen and I can still access everything in one place the way I am familiar with and it isn't buried in with the all the Apple Store media for rent or sale. Answer:	No. Apple TV 4th Generation is capable of 1080p resolution but the 4K model is capable of, well, 4K. Otherwise they are early identical.

Answer:	USB sticks definitely work and I imagine as long as the external drive is powered it should also work.

Answer:	Ok...just thought I would share this though I think its more of a 'work around' than an actual permanent solution to the problem. Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 software version 8.2.0 (latest) Disney+ app version 1.10 (latest) Still no HDR nor Atmos available when trying to play content that should support it. Only HD and 5.1 available. But the fix and/or work around was this. Go to: Settings --> Device Preferences --> Display & Sound --> Resolution It was set at the top option: "4k 59.940Hz (default)". I had set it to the third option: "4k 23.976Hz HDR10 Ready" Once I set this option, I was able to get the Disney+ content in HDR and Dolby Atmos without issue. However the reason I think this might be more of a work around than a fix is because my Sony XBR75X800G 'should' be able to support 4k 59.940Hz. It doesn't have Dolby Vision (though I wish it did. :( ) but does support HDR10. Anyway, hope this little piece of information is helpful to some. If anyone has any additional info as to why this is or anything new that might be a better solution, I would love to hear it. Thanks!

Answer:	The new “ Pro” version has the same 3GB RAM with 16Gb internal storage as the previous Shield TV model but includes dual USB 3.0 ports to add external storage. The previous “Pro” model with 500GB internal HDD appears to be gone now.

Answer:	Netflix on the new SHIELDs (2019) now supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The new SHIELDs also support playback of local Dolby Vision content using Photos & Videos, Kodi, and Plex YouTube on the new SHIELDs supports 4K video, but does not support HDR at this time.

This is because the display panels can only display a 10-bit 4K picture at 120hz. The HDMI 2.1 spec allows for a 12-bit signal at 4K and 120hz which the panel is incapable of doing.

Answer:	It is working fine with a 256GB Micro SD card for me. I plan to get A 512 and will. Update when I try it. I DON'T HAVE THE pro model so I am limited to the SD card only As no USB slots. I did connect using a Bluetooth external enclosure with a 1TB SSD and it did work but was slower.

Answer:	It will not stream your desktop. It will however stream a game from your PC. If you are looking to stteam your desktop, this product will not help you.

Answer:	Ok I don't have this model but I have another model by same company (HW-150pvr) and it is dumping schedules too. I've had two units over 4 years and it's happened in the past but happening a lot more now. I'm on Amazon to find a replacement because this is unacceptable. I'm thinking Mediasonic is to be avoided.

Answer:	I used a 500GB salvaged out of an old laptop that was totally dead. I ordered a cheap $7.99 ORICO USB3.0 to SATA III 2.5" External Hard Drive Enclosure from Amazon as well to mount it in. Worked perfectly. I've also used a cheap (free) 32GB USB thumb drive that I didn't have any problem with. Got that thumb drive free from a Microcenter computer store.

Answer:	Yes it does. With the Amazon Fire TV , you get two clips, one for the taller voice remote and one for the standard stick remote. Both feel good in your hand. You only reach for the OEM TV remote when the battery dies in the Side Click (about every 2-3 months).

Answer:	The sideclick remote doesn't have any affect on the fire stick; means it can attach to either 1 of your 4 sticks but in order to operate on all 4 TVs the common denominator has to be the TV set; if all 4 TVs are the same brand and can share a single remote it would work great; otherwise you'll find yourself reprogramming the buttons per each TV when you rotate the sideclick around; you can split the button programming among the remotes if they differ but it would be best if the TVs were the same brand or you have multiple sideclicks. Answer:	Each button has the potential to control a different device, but only that specific button will control a specific function of the device. The way that the side kick works is that the side kick literally copies the signal that is being sent out by the original remote when you press a button on that remote and it stores that signal for whatever button you tell the side kick you want to program. This isn't your typical universal remote that can be programmed using stored codes to control other devices and many of those devices basic functions but it's useful. For instance I programmed my side to be able to turn on my sound bar, volume up, volume down and mute, which required using 4 of the 8 buttons. The other 4 buttons are used to turn my TV on, change source input of TV, volume up and volume down of the TV.
