Question:	I have solo 5. How to turn on bluetooth, since this remote doesn’t have the Bluetooth button
Answer:	I did this my self so I can say it is easy. The knob removes easily and there is a locking collar below it. Remove the locking collar and you may mount it through a hole you drilled in a discreet location on your center console or dash. Reinstall the locking collar and press on the knob. My setup is very clean and sturdy. This controller is sturdily built so you can really tighten the locking collar down well so it wont ever move. My unit is mounted next to e brake in the center console and get hit occasionally. It has stayed locked in place for years now. Just make sure when you drill the hole to mount ot through you keep the tolerance tight. If you make the hole too big the locking collar wont have enought material to "bite" into and then may wobble.

Answer:	Actually the Picos can control the same things. Anotherwords, a lighting Pico can be programmed to control Sonos, and a Sonos Pico to control lights. This is something Lutron does not want you to know! The 2 differences are that the Sonos Pico costs much more, and does not have the "Audio" markings on it.

Answer:	As this heater is made of steel plate, even though we use heat resistance paint on its surface, rust and oxidation is a normally occurring process for any metal exposed to the elements. So the product is not weatherproof. If you maintain the heater well, re-paint it when needed (normal high heat grill paint from stores like home depot), it can be in good condition for years. It normally is left outdoors, but under cover like most stoves or grills. Rain, snow, and moisture weather conditions makes rust and oxidation faster.

Answer:	It's gravity fed. After pouring wood pellets into the hoppers, the wood pellets will drop into the burning chamber by gravity through the 2 feeding tubes. When it burns, the wood pellets will get smaller and shrink to nothing (ash), and the new ones will drop again. You can watch the videos about how it works.

Answer:	It can be used under a covered patio, we would like to see 3 feet clearance over the top and all sides. The chimney comes in sections and the small ones can be removed and still function. It burns clean and there's no smoke during the burning, only very light smoke when it is just lit or goes out. The wood pellets are made from saw dust, so there's no odor and just a little bit woody smell.
