Question:	Once you download mp3 to your computer, can you then burn a CD to use in your car
Answer:	Yes. Depending on the software you use,.... It comes with Audacity and you can also download Audacity online. I already had it so.... Using Audacity to record, it saves as an Audacity file. Again, using Audacity, you can then convert to wav, mp3, or other formats. It does not automatically record to mp3, it records as a digital file, not mp3. So to answer your question, once recorded as a digital file, you can convert to mp3, yes.
Question:	is it compatible with windows
Answer:	Audacity is awesome software. I use it on Windows 10 all day. Make sure you get the latest version. It is free, btw.

Answer:	There is apparently not a special software for this device. If you have Audacity or GarageBand on your computer (or download Audacity using the included disc/suggested link) you should be able to plug in this device and record your own MP3's from it.

Question:	How high quality is the tape head and will it convert to lossless formats or uncompressed formats like WAV
Answer:	It's decent. It converts to mp3's straight to Flash Drive. It's easy to transfer to a computer and switch to whatever format you want. The player has no counter though and is a little clunky to use. I did the whole side of the cass and split the songs up later. The headphone volume controls the level sent to the Drive, but they don't say so in the manuel.

Answer:	This rug pad works great for me. I have it under a fairly thick wool area rug in our living room. It is thin and I think it would work fine on the lower pile rug. We spend a lot of time on the floor and I find it comfortable and it doesn't slip at all, unlike our last pad. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, it could. May i suggest some velcro tape on the bottom of the door stop and top of the door itself. I bet that holds it in place. This door stop comes with sewn in strap, but it only holds the inside corner in place when used on the bottom.

Answer:	The thickness varies depending on the diameter of the belt. I measured 0.40mm for the smaller diameter belts and for the larger diameter belts it was 1.35mm thick. I used 3 of the various belts to replace the bad ones in my cassette deck.
