Answer:	I have used it on rain coat,two pair UGG boots, isotoner gloves and a pair of UGG suede slippers that I always run outside in. Of course first 24 hours, AFTER bringing in house from spraying you will notice smell and may even feel a slightly different texture to your material items. After about 48 hours it's as if you never sprayed anything on them at all. Regarding dogs, I have a 215lb English Cream, Golden Retriever. Answer:	I do not have a down coat, but I would not hesitate to use starseal on it if I did! I used this on almost Everything I use outside, from coats to boots to gloves, even my umbrella. It does have a strong oder that will last a few days, but does dissipate, it worked very well on all tight knit cloth and materials, it worked great on my leather boots and gloves for a week or so. Does no do well on lose knitted items, ie: sweaters, it does waterproof the material, but water still runs through the knit. I just ed purchased a new couch, and will be spraying with starseal before I leave for work in the morning. NOTE: APPLY ONLY IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS.

Answer:	I would not think that would be a good idea the mask is so pose to be breathable that I feel would prevent it . Also I dont think it would be wise to breath in the fumes after the fact . Just my opinion.

Answer:	It might! My wife uses this all the time on her job sites. She says certain white rubbers will yellow after some prolonged sunlight exposure. Best to test it and leave in the sun to make sure it won't yellow.

Answer:	Yes. The only type of leather this would not work on is raw (or untreated) leather and suede. Our only advice is to apply a light coating, preferably with a microfiber cloth. This allows for less product to be used and prevents overspray. Then wipe off any excess completely. If the leather is heavily soiled, a second treatment may be required. Hope this helps!

Answer:	depends how much weather your item sees. with my brushed leather work shoes I think I applied it twice in 30 days (just to make sure) in the fall,then once again in the spring. I run deliveries for a local bakery in western N.Y. state so I am out in all kinds of rain and puddles and mud. I wear serious boots in the winter so these shoes don't see snow deeper than two inches and in summer I wear gym shoes. this stuff is terrific! and by the way,I used it on the gym shoes twice as well and it's still working great! really good stuff! Answer:	Not familiar with car seat and carpet product, but guessing it is a stain repellent. The heavy duty is to waterproof canvas and heavy fabric. I use it on horse blankets.

Just make sure it's on a nice day where you can allow your stuff to dry.

Answer:	It depends on the weather, humidity,& how thick you spray it on. I used it on flags. I laid them flat on the ground in the afternoon sun. Then I turned them over and sprayed the other side. I wasn't in a hurry & left them on one side about an hour then did the other. I think it states it only takes about 30 minutes to dry at the most. I've also used it on cushions, patio umbrellas & the dogs rain coats. It really does work. Colors don't fade either. Hope this helps.

Answer:	When using this,you have to apply two coats.Id purchase two cans.Yes it will be good for a parka.Just do not advise using on leather.It ruined my new Dooney Toscana.

Question:	Description states for smooth leather. Can it be used on pebble leather, or is there another product for this type of leather
Answer:	DO NOT USE ON PEBBLED LEATHER! I realize this question is from a while ago, but I read the previous answer and thought that this would be safe to use on my new Coach pebbled leather Rogue. I used it only to find that it considerable smoothed out the pebble and totally changed the feel of the leather. It feels plastic and spongy now. The texture of the leather was so gorgeous before. I looked it up and found that you are not supposed to use any type of product on pebbled leather because it can smooth the pebbles out. I had no idea. The bright side is that now I won't worry about damaging my new bag when I use it. It is already sort of ruined.
Question:	Has anyone tried using this on lambskin leather or on a leather jacket
Answer:	This is the only product I use on my agneau (lamb) leather Balenciaga handbags. I've also used it on suede and leather boots. My Balenciaga bags do not show any color change after the spray has dried which is very important to me and if they get a little wet due to weather, there are no water spots.

Answer:	Yes, this spray will help make your boots and clothing water resistant. Just spray it on and the rain water will bead right off. Get enough to reapply when needed.

Answer:	HI I waterproofed boots and outdoor clothes which were blue in color. The Kiwi spray did a good job in waterproofing th eitems but I am not sure if it would change the color of a light colored fabric.
Question:	Can I spray my cream linen dining chairs to prevent stains
Answer:	Kiwi Cam Dry lasts a long time, maybe not permanent but does not have to be reapplied frequently

Answer:	It will bead water from flannel to a certain extent, but it will not make the flannel a rain jacket. If you were going to use it for stain guard protection I would say yes. You may need to use 2nd and third coat for better results. Hope this helps....

Question:	If this product contains petroleum distillates, how can it be for use on rubber
Answer:	Mission Automotive Silicone Paste. I bought an 8oz jar of it in 2018 and have barely made a dent in it, hehe. The stuff is great! I started using silicone when I bought an underwater metal detector years ago. The manual was very specific that you shouldn't use Vaseline on the rubber seals! I had a small container of the stuff that was about the size of three silver dollars stacked up... I had gone thru about half of it and decided to get some more. After looking at prices, I figured it was worth the big cost savings just to buy a big thing of it instead of a small tube! As infrequent as i use it, it will still be sitting on my shelf, in great condition, for the next 10-20 years! :)
Question:	Can I spray this on a cloth and wipe onto part to be lubricated from that, or will it dry on the cloth before I have a chance to do so
Answer:	it does not dry like an alcohol product. you should have no problem spraying it on a cloth and using almost right away (go answer the phone, use the restroom). if you leave the cloth until tomorrow - not so much.

Answer:	Yes, An HVLP gun like this can spray any brand, but it wouldn't be used to spray just any type of paint. HVLP cannot spray thick latex paints. This is designed to spray auto grade and fine woodworking finishes. If you finishing cabinets or wood work, find the appropriate product and thin it to the viscosity of Milk or slightly thicker.
