Answer:	When I needed them I was transferred to about 50 different numbers. I am in the states. They even transferred me to Canada. When my warranty with Dell I was about to expire I contacted Asurion and they said oh sure we cover we cover it. At the one time when I had a person that would actually talk I said well how is Dell going to know I purchased this. Oh don’t worry about it they’ll know will transfer it to them. I could go on and on. I paid 397 dollars coverage of Asurion. When my one year warranty with Dell expired I did not renew it because I knew I had Asurion. Not!

Answer:	I live in FL and it took two months to get my defective keyboard replaced. Take your chances, if it doesn't break during your 90 day factory warranty, it will probably be good for years.

Answer:	According to their website faq which says they don’t offer international shipping, they are based in the US
Question:	do you slide these into the paper lining or just use these instead of the original paper lining
Answer:	These replace the paper lining. Just remember if there is printing on the inner sleeve to keep them as they are essentially the liner notes. Feel free to throw away blank inner sleeves though.
Question:	Do the 12” inner sleeves fit into the 12” outer sleeves
Answer:	They could, but they are intended to replace the white paper inner sleeve with better quality, anti static and will fit inside the LP jacket as well. This is something to extend the life of your records.

Answer:	Are your records exposed to moisture? It sounds like condensation is getting in there.

Answer:	if you plan to upgrade the graphic card or add more memory, you will have to put back to factory specs before contacting them. If you plan to change the operating system they will simply wipe out everything and put back their version of win 10. Back up your data

Answer:	Too late for you now but, to anyone reading this, DON'T buy one of these extended warranties! I did and I was without my computer for a month due to a defective keyboard. Communications were lacking and inaccurate. To the original question, I followed their instructions and a label and packaging were sent to my door.

Question:	How is the polyvinyl attached to the paper sleeve. Double side tape (can cause buckles) or glued creating a smooth professional appearance
Answer:	The paper sleeve is glued on two opposite sides.
Question:	Do these extend far from the end of the record cover? Also, do these fit well with double gatefold records
Answer:	they fit perfectly. the extend past by about 1/16 to 1/8". double albums fit fine and the vinyl is thick and durable
Question:	Do these fit thick gatefold lps like mofi gatefolds
Answer:	You will want to go with Mobile Fidelity sleeves for absolute protection a MOFI press is entitled to be preserved and kept in pristine condition. These may fit, they always run a bit larger on a single press and a double 180 gram press slides in perfectly with a little room, too. They are nice and thick, but I can't advise other than what I know to be the absolute best from researching and that's Mobile Fidelity. If you have any extra $$ you might buy a 50 pack to see what happens, these are excellent sleeves and I've never torn, had an album not fit, or had one mutant or flawed sleeve out of 600 plus over the past few years.
