When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)

- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list

- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white

- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)

- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid

- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is that you got an older batch that is starting to break down. I wouldn't even use it as you'll probably end up needing to get a cleaner to get the mess this "dust cleaner" leaves behind.

Answer:	I’ve only used it once and had it unopened for a month and when first opening it was extremely slimey sticking to things but after you use it a bit, it gets thicker and less slimey. We just keep it in room temperature house, never the car in the heat.

Answer:	No you don’t have to throw it away for a long time. It can be used repeatedly unless you used it and it’s extremely dirty. Even then, you might be able to rinse it, dry it and keep using it. I haven’t gotten mine that dirty yet because I use it as a keyboard cleaner so I am not sure if you rinse it if you can keep using it. If you try rinsing it and it still works, please let us know.
