Answer:	Vudu is available as one of the premium services, but I do not know about 3d capability.Regardless, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this product; the user interface is horribly cumbersome, remote responses are unbearably delayed, and the device is unreliable. It will, on occasion, simply shut down for no apparent reason. Often it needs to be rebooted by unplugging it from the outlet (which is a huge hassle when the outlet is behind a large piece of furniture). Trust me, get something else!

Answer:	It works for me (it skips and loses volume but I think that is specific to my player). Assuming you have a network connection (Network menu, connection status), after selecting Netflix it should come up to your sign-in screen. If that does not happen, maybe the sign-in info is bad--possibly left over from previous owner if the unit is refurb (unit I bought was refurb even though listed on web site as new). Have you tried resetting the player? I think there is a reset option on the Other menu.

Question:	will this antenna work on a tv that is 20 years old or older
Answer:	You would need to know if your existing TV has a ATSC tuner. If it has an NTSC tuner, it will not work as 99% of broadcasters no longer use that type of signal. Simply saying if it has a coax connector it will work, is wrong. That simply means it has 75 ohm impedance and not the old 2 wire twin lead 300 ohm for the tuner. If you have an old outdoor antenna, it will work, just would need a 75 ohm coax balun transformer and some RG-6 coax cable. The old RG-58 or RG-59 used years ago would not be good as it picks up too much noise.

Answer:	TV, Cable box, Apple TV and a home theater setup will work. I am not so sure with the PS3- Sony programmed the remote control for that system kinda weird. I tried using an old PS3 remote I had for my Nvidia Shield and it wouldn't work, even though it paired. That's why I bought this.

Answer:	You can create a macro and assign the macro to any button on the remote. I had a harmony, and the way the programming is done is VERY different. You don't have to connect the remote to your computer with a special cable. All programming done in the U1 is done via Bluetooth using your existing native device controllers and an app that you download to your phone. I did have to play around a bit, though, when creating a macro with respect to the order in which the devices are referenced, and the delay between commands. A macro can reference multiple devices. But you'll need to program each of those devices into the remote first (well, actually using an app that you have to download to your phone). Then when you create the macro you can reference button presses on the remote for any of your programmed devices.

Answer:	There's plastic in it (the screws) so that sets off prop 65. The Plastic itself is safe but in the manufacturing some things are used that aren't. Prop 65 is waay too vast to be useful.

Answer:	It depends on how much water you filter & how many filters you use (2 or 4). Also, normal city water varies due to local water hardness. We fill up the filter 1 to 2 times per day (usually twice) with 4 & change them every 6 months, but if we didn't have kids, our filters would probably last us about twice as long. However, this is still cheaper than other filtering methods we've used & does a much better job.

Question:	I don't seem to be picking up any vhf channels although the transmitters are supposed to be 30 miles away. any ideas
Answer:	I bought this player several years ago when Prime was supported. The DVD function went wonky and I replaced the unit with a Sony 3D player. I have not used the LG in quite a while, and I was unaware that the Prime support was gone. I apologize. (The Sony does support Amazon Prime.)
