Answer:	Yes, it can be mounted on a vertical surface. You will need to supply your own hardware. If you are looking to attach it to an existing metal fence pole, most of them are 3" in diameter. The u-bolt supplied is not wide enough. You can buy a 3" pipe clamp/strap from the local hardware store for less that $2 that will work. That is how I have mine mounted.

I still get about 8 channels that are clear but they are not channels that we often watch. My sister-in-law bought one of these but she lives in the middle of St. Louis, Missouri and she is VERY happy with hers and I she says that she is within 6 miles or less of several towers.

Answer:	While snow does not have an effect, sometimes, but not often, atmospheric conditions make static when the FM station 65 miles away is in stereo. Switching off the stereo kills the static.

Question:	Does this antenna pick up vhf stations? this is important to me as most antennas today do only a weak job of it
Answer:	NO! It is excellent for UHF, but forget about VHF. I have a signal meter which shows 0 for signal strength for a VHF High band channel. The broadcast tower is the same distance away as other towers broadcasting UHF that is showing on my meter from 98 to 100! If you need VHF, forget this one. You should also check the changes to be made in your area, which could result in more VHF broadcasts in the near future.

Answer:	Most notability is the number of elements and the overall size. The other is the word extreme. Our location was at the maximum distance 50 Miles from the Broadcast antenna. Plus, I wanted to mount the unit in the attic. I would estimate if your around 25 miles distance and mounting outside the C2 would work fine. However, I would opt for the C2-V-CJM with the additional element and mount. Here's what I see as the difference:Direct C2 - Does not come with antenna mount.Direct C2-V-CJM - Comes with antenna mount and additional element.Direct C4 - Does not come with antenna mount.Direct C4-CJM - Comes with antenna mount.
Question:	Anyone know the distance between the 2 sections [i.e., middle of antenna A to antenna B]
Answer:	Yes, on one pole I have a Clearstream 4 pointing one direction and a Clearstream 2 pointing another direction, both connected to a signal splitter in reverse (into the out connections), then into a signal booster and into the house. I did the same thing with two VHF antennas on another pole and I receive over 30 digital & HD channels without having to move the antenna rotor every time I change a channel. As we live in a valley between several broadcast antennas this was how I solved the problem and it works fine.
Question:	Is it possible to run multiple TV's off of this? i.e. Can you connect it to your in-house coaxial cable system and then hook up your converter boxes
Answer:	The proper way to connect 2 separate antenna's is to purchase an antenna combiner made for purpose. This will eliminate Ghosting which is the liable result of reversing a splitter. It is also advisable to also use a pre-amp the best being a Televes which has 5G filtering. Personally I use a 3 antenna system with the 3rd being a VHF only ultra high gain from Stellar Labs. Previously I was receiving 19 stations, now 56 & Do Not believe the B/S advertisements suggesting 100/150/200 mile reception as terrestrial limitations limit actual rooftop systems to 60 to possible 70 miles but by using 30 feet towers or higher you can extend that range with high DB gain antenna's which are well made & not junk. Suggest searching YouTube for Antenna Man for the best advice on antenna's.

Answer:	TV, Cable box, Apple TV and a home theater setup will work. I am not so sure with the PS3- Sony programmed the remote control for that system kinda weird. I tried using an old PS3 remote I had for my Nvidia Shield and it wouldn't work, even though it paired. That's why I bought this.

Answer:	You can create a macro and assign the macro to any button on the remote. I had a harmony, and the way the programming is done is VERY different. You don't have to connect the remote to your computer with a special cable. All programming done in the U1 is done via Bluetooth using your existing native device controllers and an app that you download to your phone. I did have to play around a bit, though, when creating a macro with respect to the order in which the devices are referenced, and the delay between commands. A macro can reference multiple devices. But you'll need to program each of those devices into the remote first (well, actually using an app that you have to download to your phone). Then when you create the macro you can reference button presses on the remote for any of your programmed devices.

Question:	Will this work on an older set that is not HD
Answer:	Yes it will work fine. The antenna itself just gathers the signal and passes it along to your television. The antenna doesn't "see" any difference between an old analog signal and a newer digital HD signal. Although these days your older TV will need some kind of converter to handle the digital over-the-air signal. At least in the US, the older analog over-the-air broadcasting ended some years ago.

Answer:	Definitely not. Flat area must face transmitting antenna.
Question:	Does this include a stand (mentioned in the description) or do you need to purchase this separately
Answer:	There's no stand. However the item comes with advesives that you peel and attach to the back of the arena so you can stick anywhere like a wall, Windows etc... There is a generous 20 foot length cord for the attenna (molded into the attenna and cannot be removed) finally it comes with a USB signal booster giving a good reception power. Please note where you live will affect the quality and number of channels you will receive. Buyers should be aware of this.
Question:	I bought the Antenna 25 mile range and the sign is terrible. I can't even find ABC for example. Do you think If I buy the 50 mile rage will it work
Answer:	It depends on your actual distance from the stations. Having gotten the 50, it roughly doubles my effective distance from the stations. The company has a warranty for exactly your issue. Perhaps they could do a warranty swap of your 25 for a 50 for a small fee. Given your investment already, it could be a feasible solution.

Answer:	If you mount the mast straight up and down the mast is about 8 inches from the wall. One can tilt the mast outward and increase that, but I don't know how much. Either way putting the antenna on the mast may change those figures.
