Answer:	If you have the blanket flat and it’s not crinkled or crushed anywhere I think your blanket may be defective. Maybe some wires in the blanket got crushed. When I turn my blanket on it does not go to a red light.

Answer:	Sure, the smart plugs work with Alexa great, and also compatible Google Assistant and IFTTT. After configuring the smart plugs, open the Alexa app, search "smart life" skill in the skills menu, and enable it, sign in your smart life account to complete the account linking. After successfully complete account linking, Alexa will discover your connected smart plugs. Now you can just ask Alexa to control your smart plugs.
Question:	To use the glider doihave to put a pad on it first then attach the carpet glider
Answer:	One of the biggest issues with these plugs is that they can only be set up within about 6 ft of your router. While a bit annoying, once you understand this, it really isn’t so bad and the manufacturer does say to put the plug and your phone (or tablet) as close to the router as possible. So, gather all of your devices and head for the room where your router resides. Stand midway between the outlet you are using and your router. If you have an available outlet at your router, that’s perfect. These instructions apply to the iOS app. But, hopefully the Android app is similarly designed. 1. Plug a lamp into the outlet you will be using and turn it on. Then unplug it without switching it off. 2. Plug the an Aoycocr device into the outlet and plug the lamp into it. The lamp should be on. If it isn’t on, press the power switch on the plug. It should turn blue and the lamp should now be on. If not, referring to the manual that came with your devices, depress the power button for 10 seconds. Either use the second hand on your watch or count Mississippis: 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, to 10 Mississippi. Release the power button. Then depress it for 5 seconds. This will reset the device. Note: The power button must be blue, or the app will not be able to find your new devices. 3. Open the Smart Life app. 4. Tap on the + in the top right corner to add a new device. Then choose the type of device you are adding: socket aka plug, switch, etc. 5. The app will start searching for the new device. 6. Once it discovers it, it should give you the option of naming it. Default is smart socket. Use this opportunity to enter an appropriate name. It can be tedious to rename it later. 7. To make these plugs work with Alexa, you first have to enable that skill. Open your Alexa app, tap on Settings and then choose skills and type Smart Life into the search box. Enable this skill. Then proceed to add the new device using your Alexa app. (I did this part after I placed the plugs where I wanted them.) They do have to be plugged into an outlet and whatever you have plugged into it must be on. 8. For Siri, tap on Smart located on the bottom of the app. Then choose, Add to Siri and proceed.

Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.
Question:	will this mop work for picking up pet hair rather than just smearing it around like most mops do? Thank you
Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	An you use this on wood? Put any liquid in there
Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.
Question:	What cleaner would be suggested to use with the o-cedar promist microfiber mop with spray
Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.
