Answer:	You will need a small power bank (battery) to plug the vest into. The vest comes with its own power cable but the vest does not have its own power. I use a Miady 5V battery that is the size of a cell phone. This battery charges to full in a few hours and when it is fully charged all of its four tiny lights stop blinking.
Question:	Can I use my computer to charge the vest
Answer:	No, the vest is not a stand alone product. You will have to buy an auxiliary rechargeable power source, charge it, then plug the vest into the USB port of the power source. The vest has no internal battery!!! Very misleading advertising. I bought a power source, charged it, plugged the vest in and checked all ranges of the temperature settings. Even on the lowest temp, it’s warm to the touch. Haven’t tried it outside in cold weather yet.

Answer:	Power bank auto shuts off. Some of mine do the same and I had to purchase a different one that wouldn’t.

Answer:	Heating element is not removable it’s sewn into the fabric . It has very tiny wires over a large portion of the vest it would be very difficult to design a way of removing it.

Answer:	The heating store has them for $40.
Question:	Does the batteries come with the vest or are they sold separately
Answer:	I received one rechargeable battery. This jacket is fantastic for winter or if someone works in the cold like refrigerated warehouses, trucks, etc. I bought 2 of them. Work GREAT
Question:	How do you clean this jacket since it has heating pads and wirings
Answer:	Hand wash, or gentle wash in a washing bag. Hang to dry. ALWAYS remove the battery pack and zip up the battery pouch before washing.

Answer:	Not sure if this answers your question. Back of battery pack says 10,000 mAn 37 watt hours. Battery lasted me about 4-5 hours during one wear.

Answer:	I would also point out that the temperature of the heating elements / battery are going to be probably closer to 70 degrees even when used in cold weather considering that this whole system lives close to the core body temperature and will be rarely called upon to warm up 'cold' without being close to a warm body in freezing weather.

Answer:	Got my size small vest on Friday. I debated between a small and a medium, given the fact that lots of people on Amazon said it runs way too small. I'm 5 ft 3 in and 108 lb. I have a 32" bust, 26” waist, and 33” hips. This is well within the suggested size for the small vest. However, I think they chose the sizing/shape of this vest based on prepubescent girls with Twiggy physiques. The vest is snug across my hips even without the battery pack in, and that's with just leggings and a thin long underwear top underneath. Forget it if one wanted to add jeans or snow pants below this! But the chest is already loose, so I think I will swim in the medium up top if I go a size up
