Answer:	I would have to guess that there may be something wrong with your unit. Mine has worked like a charm on all different sizes and types of jars. There have been a few lids on so tight that I had to hold the power control for a long time before there was enough pressure to open it. If there's a jar in there that won't open and the unit won't let go, wait and try again. Or is there any way to contact the company via email?

Answer:	My own thought is that to get a c width in any shoe you would need to get a wide width. That is only a guess on my part because I wear a narrow width. Good luck on this.

Answer:	Hello. The first pair I ordered (US size 8.5) were way too big and saggy. I went down 2 sizes for the second order US size 7.5) and they fit perfectly after adjusting the drawstrings a little bit. I would suggest a size US 8.5 for you. Hopefully that will work. :)
