He huan hua (albizzia flower) helps calm the Shen to prepare for falling asleep. Long yan rou (longan berry) assists He huan hua in calming Shen and building Blood. MAKES 1 CUP

1. Place the He huan hua and Long yan rou in a large mug.

2. Boil the water and pour it over the herbs. Cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yes, with a caveat. I bought it for a trip with 9 friends to Jamaica. We enjoyed the game, but the strategy is limited in scope and the chances of success are mostly dependent upon the dice rolls. Answer:	We just returned last night from a flight and these bags were used to carry two bottles of rum - and they worked as described. If you seal the ziploc closure properly and then the velcro section - it doesn't appear that the liquid would escape. Sealing the bags properly is the key. However, as added insurance I did wrap them in a beach towel for added protection.

Answer:	I'm sure it would depending on how you corked it. I do not recommend traveling with an open container of alcohol. Keep in mind that it is a very very tight fit. I had a regular bottle of wine and it was very hard getting into the bag as its a snug fit to keep the bottle from breaking. I would not attempt to do with an open/corked bottle.

Answer:	I found these slippers to be true to size, so if the Size Chart says Small=5’ that’s what you should get. They take a couple hours to break in and get comfy, but they’re amazingggg once you do!
Question:	How would you suggest I clean the inside of the slippers? A lot of times I put lotion on or sweat inside the slipper so they are somewhat matted
Answer:	I'd try washing them in the washing machine on gentle cycle on cold water setting with a tiny bit of Woolite laundry detergent. Put them outside to dry or hang them from the clothesline. I've washed other slippers this way and they come out great.
Question:	I wear a size 10? Will the extra large be big enough
Answer:	Yes! I am a size 9.5-10 and they fit. They have actually stretched out over the past few weeks since I got them and they feel big. Definitely recommend!
