Answer:	It’s stainless on the front, that is, the frame around the glass front. The frame is about an inch and a half wide. The sides are black. The back is galvanized metal. Mine is built in so you don’t see any black. So far it’s been a great unit.

Answer:	Full size 16 oz. water bottles can fit if you remove one shelf or turn them sideways. I use the 12 oz bottles and they fit wonderfully.

Answer:	Yes there is, mine is in the back and that’s a problem if you want to have it in your cabinets cause once the tray it’s full you have to remove the whole cooler so It’s been turned off ever since

Answer:	My generated some ice on the bump (lowest shelf) when I ran it at around 40F. If it starts melting (when you increase a set temperature), it may start melting and the water will be on your carpet. If you keep it at 56F (max set temperature) as you should for red wine, you may not have this problem.

Answer:	The way to open it is to turn the handle on the front door clockwise. There are arrows on the handle indicating the correct way to turn it. I assume you may have tried this already. Maybe it is twisting hard. You may try to put pressure on that top of the door as you twist the handle. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Bought this and ice maker still didn’t work. After further research discovered if you have frost on wall behind freezer drawers ice maker won’t work. I found video on removing back inside wall and it was fully frozen solid on coils. After melting all of the coils my ice maker works great now. Cause of frost buildup was blocked vents in drawers.(overloaded) you can unplug refrigerator and open doors to defrost coils but it will take a long time and water will overflow non removable catch pan.

Answer:	I don’t know if it fits your exact fridge or not, but I used to work for a company that made these. They are used in many many brands of fridges. Bottom line is that if your existing ice maker looks similar, it will probably work. You might have to transplant mounting brackets, etc, from your current ice maker.

Answer:	I got 17 1/2 inches wide, 31 inches high and 19 inches deep at it's deepest point. These are outside dimensions.

Answer:	I agree with one of the other reviewers, we have to stop giving high ratings on products like this. The amazing part is a lot of us received our packages in almost the exact same condition. Big hole and dented.

Answer:	What they likely mean is, would it be safe to use the fridge with an extension cord, or would it need to be plugged directly to an outlet. I would say that if you were to get an extension, to make sure it's a low-number gauge, and as short as possible. That should decrease the possibility of it heating up and causing a fire. But of course it would be best to plug it in directly to an outlet.
