Question:	Are these machine washable
Answer:	I am amending my answer on August 19, 2019. Don't waste your money. I paid much more for these slippers and they only lasted 4 months. I could not return them because the guarantee is now for only 30 days. I know Acorn used to be an excellent product, but these are "Imported", so I don't think you are getting the same quality for the same money.
Question:	All of my Acorn Slippers I have bought an 8-9 as my shoe size is 9 or 9.5, a lot of people say to size up with others saying size down
Answer:	You get what you pay for. These slippers are high quality and wear for years. Think of it this way, compared to Uggs slippers ($79) they are a steal

Answer:	Unfortunately, Acorn no longer has the 1 year warranty. Perhaps that's because their imported products no longer last a year. My shoes lasted only 4 months of indoor wear. I paid $38.21 for them. I will not buy Acorn, which used to be good quality, again.

Answer:	No, the insoles aren't removable. However, they are so soft & padded that I don't think you'll need them. I wear them all day when I'm in the house and my feet feel super comfortable.

Answer:	That must be a "typo". My slippers definitely have a moose embroidered on them!

Question:	If I usually wear size 9 shoes, what size should I get for these slipper
Answer:	I have both light wood and light tile floors and the rubber soles do leave black marks either one of them.
Question:	Did anyone else have the same problem of the material at the back of the heel being so low that you foot slips out despite the elastic
Answer:	I also wear a 6.5 shoe and sometimes a 6 or a 7. I bought the 5/6 size and they fit perfectly. I love the look too. My heel does slip a bit, but that doesn't bother me.
Question:	Would the large fit a woman who wears an 8.5-9 and has fairly wide feet
Answer:	Medium is 6.5-7.5 and large is 8-9 I think so XL must be like a size 10. I wear 7.5-8 shoe and the medium fit me.
Question:	Do these have good Arch support
Answer:	No the insole does not come out. Mine is not the shoe pictured here but a shoe with adjustable straps across top. Mine may allow for adjusting height for orthotic but has only a 1/2 inch heel in height so orthotic might not stay in place.

Question:	No size chart and no one has answered the question. Size 9.5 -10 relates to large or x-large
Answer:	Order the XL. I wear 9 1/2 -10 and I ordered the XL. I think they run small, so even though your foot is smaller than mine I would still order the XL.

Answer:	Yes. Plus these slippers used to be of higher quality overall. I will not buy them again. Even before, though, the heel was rather low; but because they used to be so comfortable, didn't bother too much. Anyway, it's just not the best design, even when the materials were better quality.

Answer:	I think it would fine. I have wide feet and wear a size 8 shoe and the slippers are very comfortable.

Answer:	Not a bit of it. They may have good arch support for people with a normal arch, who don't need it, but it you have a high arch as I do, they are no better than any other slipper. Very disappointing.

Answer:	There is a size chart. It states 9.5-10 is x-large.

Answer:	Not mine
Question:	This is a women's slipper, but the sizes ar all mens
Answer:	If you can return, please do. Mine stretched in the width so much, they are impossible to walk in unless I shuffle. My feet come out of them if I walk. Mine did not stretch in the length, only in the width. I should have returned them.
Question:	Two pairs slippers are skewed as they force our feet to slouch to the outside. Plz help
Answer:	I think you should stay with 9.5 because they will stretch enough! Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hi, the little tag inside them says "Genuine Australian Sheepskin Real Fur" so I guess yes they are. They are very comfortable. This is my second pair. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I chose the 8-9 option for sizing, based on reviews. I’m 91/2 sometimes 10 . They fit perfectly . I stayed away from the small medium large sizing option

Answer:	On the pair that I have the "micro" fleece lines only the foot part, comes up slightly above ankle area. The extension beyond the ankle to around the half calf area is heavy duty knitted material. I wear them quit a bit and they seem to be holding up. At times I wear them over sweat or regular socks. Not necessary to do so, but that's me.
Question:	Is the slipper flexible? Another words if you take the slipper can it bend in half with the hard sole
Answer:	I wear and 8. I ordered the 8/9. I think it is big. I wish I would have ordered the 6/7. I think....that might have been too small. but the 8/9 is big. I ordered my friend the 8 and she is sending it back. She thinks it is way too big. she wears and 8 as well. I'm just wearing big socks with them.

Question:	Hi. i wear a 7 1/2-8 shoe and have a very narrow foot. i usually wear some type of wool sock. what size would you recommend? i read they run large
Answer:	I have really high arches and have suffered in the past with plantar fasciitis and these slippers seem to work great for me..so yes, I would say they do have arch support. Since I've been working from home, I pretty much wear these all day and have had no pain...only comfort. In fact, these are the only slippers that seem to really work well for me.
Question:	Where are they made
Answer:	I purchased a pair earlier this year and on the bottom of the sole they are stamped made in China. Would really like to find similar slippers (mostly to keep toes warm enough but also with a comfortable cushiony footbed) made anywhere but China.
