Answer:	I just had a pair delivered last week. I wear a 9.5 with a 4E width. The ones I bought were 10.5 Wide. The hype on the size chart claimed the "Wide" would cover both 3E & 4E. Years back, the bones in my left foot were crushed in a motorcycle wreck, leaving the foot slightly wider with a higher instep. I assumed that if I got a size larger than usual it should fit. These shoes are great, Comfortable and durable. There's no give to the top of the shoe. Don't think it's going to stretch at all. We'll worth the money, but I may have to perform "surgery" to make it conform to my foot.

Answer:	It is kind of hard to tell - if it is navy it is so dark to appear black but it has tiny cobalt blue threads running through the straps to give a blue hue appearance. Answer:	I'm not sure how breathable these bags are because they have a light coating that would make them waterproof. However, they have a small diamond pattern that looks like the lines that make up the pattern might have "micro size holes". If you are looking for something that is truly breathable, I would suggest look at bags that are vented. I know this information might not be a lot of help, but I bought these strictly for travel because they are very light weight.

Question:	My feet get hot and sweat easily. Is that an issue with Fitkicks
Answer:	I was in the desert at 118° F. I walked a good 2 miles in these and I didn't experience any sweating. It was my first time wearing them. The material feels breathable. I'd just encourage you to get the right fit bc if they're snug, they could irritate and smother the feet without the sweating

Answer:	They are very light and flexible but I don't know the weight. I compared picking one up vs a minimalist shoe and they're comparable, maybe lighter. They should work well for your purposes I would think. I find them comfortable in sand and fine gravel (even road gravel for a ways) and they dry quickly. Haven't tried them on river rock type stuff yet though. They are so flat you could stick them in anywhere.

Answer:	These are not my go to running shoes. I wear them for work and could see wearing them for training.

Answer:	They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.
