Answer:	Hi, I am a PT too. I've only had them @ 2 months months and wear a few times a week.So far, they are great. I usually wear an 8.5 but had to get a 9 and use a stock insert. They are super comfy and really cute; I got the black floral. Love them so far. I didn't think the $75 was expensive compared to my Keens or Danskos, but they do last forever.
