Answer:	Not sure of your reference to “it”. If you mean the shoes, yes, they are great outside. I use them for garden shoes, after having thrown a pair of regular shoes away after each summer. They do have holes in them, so if you are working in dirt you might want to wear socks. They could be used for shower shoes or to wash the car, etc. without socks. They are quite comfortable, having a little arch support. Easy to get on.

Answer:	They keep your feet warm. I think just about any slipper that's insulated could make your feet sweat. I typically wear my slippers w socks (change from shoes to slippers when I get home from work) w no issues, but also don't notice any overheating when wearing them in my barefeet.

Answer:	As for a lining, there's none in my opinion. If by 'fleecy' you mean some type of wooly fabric lining the interior, then there is certainly none. The material you feel by running your fingers along the interior of the shoes, is the material the slippers are made from. Hope this helps.

Answer:	They are made for inside and outside. I would believe that they would not give the support for 10 hours standing(flat soles). If you need foot protection in your job, they may fall short of protection. They are very adjustable for swollen feet for other needs though.

(I've been wearing regular moose hide moccasins for years, it's been my experience that "tight" moccasins will eventually widen after use (but wide heels will not shrink to fit).
