Answer:	They are for slimmer legs yes. The best thing you could do is measure your legs to see how close they match to the measurements of the boots. The height of the boot is 26 inches, measure that against your legs to see how high it is on you. Then measure your thigh right were 26 inches stops on you. The top opening of the boot is 14 inches, if your over or under maybe a inch or two, I think you can get away with it. The boots has a little stretch on the calf and thigh and it does have elastic behind the thighs for extra room. Also since the store has free returns, you really can't go wrong if you don't mind the wait to exchange :)

Answer:	They are pretty narrow . A wider foot would probably be fine but as the day goes I don’t think they would be comfy I think be a little snug

Answer:	I normally wear an 8.5 in heels so that's what I ordered and they were quite snug. I would go a half size up if I gave them another shot.

Answer:	The material itself is NOT snug around the top, however there is a way to tie the top snugly with the purse-string like tie (which you can see in the pic). However, even when tying the top string, I still found that the material slides down. So, you may be more successful than I am with the tying option but so far, I haven't figured out a way to keep them up. I wish I could because I really like the boots.

Answer:	For true comfort to wear with boot socks, a 9 may be best. However, I generally wear a 10-1/2 to 11, but they did not have so I tried a 10 and it worked me, but not with ability to wear the preferred thicker sock choice, must wear thinner socks. If your shoe size ranges like mine, I would try the 9 and wear thicker socks if a bit roomy, but of course up to you. Nice looking boot though.
