| Answer: | I would say it is very durable. I bought my first original 13-inch trigger point roller in mid 2010. I still use it today. My roller gets used a lot. I recently purchased the 26-inch roller because I can do different exercises with it, and I think it is firmer. After a long use and due to time I think the foam breaks down just like any other uses for foam products. Like I said, the original 13-inch roller from 2010 is still good for my workouts--deep tissue massage, loosening stiff muscle, improving circulation--but it doesn't feel as firm as the 26-inch roller purchased in 2014. |
