Question:	How/why/in what way isn't the lid dishwasher safe
Answer:	Yes. We use black gold popcorn or large Oroville redenbacker. Doesn't matter.
Question:	Can you pop smaller kernels (hulless) in this
Answer:	Manufacturer with 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels it should yield 10 cups of popcorn
Question:	How many cups or quarts is the bowl
Answer:	I measure a 1/3 cup and it pops every kernel. Make sure you are popping for at least 2and a half minutes for larger microwaves it may take less time. I have a 1000 watt GE microwave and it pops perfectly at about 2mins 45 seconds. I hope this helps.
Question:	How can I get this product to work properly? I have many, many unpopped kernels
Answer:	I am not sure but I’ve had this since April and it’s worked perfectly fine for me and nothing has broken.
