Answer:	We would classify the "Verra" as a modest arch sandal. If you need more arch its sister style "Tirra" is has a similar contruction but a premium arch.

Answer:	These should be a medium width. I believe the W just means "women's," because of how it's styled on the box: The label on the box lists the style as "W Verra" (which I take to mean "women's") and lists the U.S. size as 9.5, and in a larger font, it says "9.5" in a box adjacent to "W" on a different color background. It's confusing, but the sandals definitely do not seem wide. My feet are on the narrow side, and the sandals seem a medium width; with the straps tightened, they fit me fine.

Answer:	No. You would have to try a men's 7 or 8 to see if the fit was right. They might be wider as well.

Answer:	Never had problems with blisters, but I wear socks. My feet dry out and crack without them. I dont like these for hiking as the tread is smooth but great at the beach.
Question:	What’s the difference between the Hurricane and the Terra Fi models
Answer:	More than one version of Terra Fi ? I noticed bad reviews, not-comfortable, not adjustable, not good arch support, etc. for Terra Fi 5. Check yourself here on Amazon. I had this Hurricane model years ago and could not wear it out easily. No backpacking, but walked 18 holes of golf on more than one occasion. But has it changed ? I guess I will find out.

Answer:	They run true to size...don't wear a lot of Nike or New Balances. Though, I will tell you this is the world's most perfect shoe, I've loved it (literally, the one pair) for years, and I'm highly bias. It blows those other brands out of the water.
Question:	Does anyone know how the size in these compares to Keen Newport H
Answer:	My 1st pair of Keens (and I think Newports) were 8.5. They stretched in time so the next was size 8. The Tevas purchased are 8.5 and fit great. They are a much more enclosed shoe and do not appear to be stretching at all - thus a good fit.

Answer:	They dry quickly. I've had two pair, but I admit that I've never "washed" them although I've gotten them wet while hiking plenty of times and they dry just fine. These are the best hiking/walking shoes I've ever had.

Answer:	There is support built into the shoe. People who have problem feet may need to use an orthotic for extra support.

Starting in 2020, 100% of our iconic straps are now made using traceable, verifiable recycled plastic. That’s over 9 million plastic bottles kept out of landfills and put to better use strapping sandals to your feet. In addition to our recycled straps, we’re seeking sustainable alternatives for key materials and using less water and waste in our packaging—and this is just the beginning. We want those who come after us to have the freedom to explore the outdoors tomorrow, so we’re reducing our footprint today.
