Answer:	Of course it does depend of what kind of surface you are talking about. Overall these shoes do have good traction on most surfaces, wet or dry.

"Water-ready polyester/ nylon/ recycled PET webbing stands up to abuse and dries quickly after getting wet" I own several Teva sandals, and they have all stood up to heavy rains. Obviously, they do stay wet for a short period of time, but not long. I don't live/go anywhere near water, so I am not sure about them being submerged. I do know that the rubber foot sole would hold up. --Susan H.

Answer:	I glued my with E6000 glue.
Question:	the sole is delaminating. Is there any way to fix it
Answer:	The reason items have this warning is because there is a law in California that pretty much everything needs to be tested and most companies won't pay to have their items tested, so they automatically come with the prop 65 warning. It's much cheaper to slap the prop 65 warning on everything than to have it tested. Most items are safe.

Answer:	I wear an 8 in a sandal and an 8 1/2 in a closed shoe. I got the size 8 and they fit just right, but with no extra room. You may want to go up to the size 7 or order one of each and return the one that doesn't fit. I own at least 15 pairs of Teva flip flops and 3 pairs of Teva boots and the sizing is consistent. They never fit too large. The sandals are great, I'm waiting for the snow to finally go away so I can wear them!

Answer:	They fit a bit on wide side however, if you intend to hike I would suggest a more upgraded Teva sandal . . ."Hurricane 4", "Hurricane XLT2" or "Tirra"

Answer:	This really isn't a question. I have a wide foot too. I normally wear 9.5 wide woman's shoe. After reading reviews and other answered questions, I chose the size 9 woman's. It fits fine. The strap across the road is not adjustable, the there is plenty of room.

Answer:	Not having had crocs, I can only say they are firm but flexible . Very supportive.

Answer:	We would classify the "Verra" as a modest arch sandal. If you need more arch its sister style "Tirra" is has a similar contruction but a premium arch.

Answer:	These should be a medium width. I believe the W just means "women's," because of how it's styled on the box: The label on the box lists the style as "W Verra" (which I take to mean "women's") and lists the U.S. size as 9.5, and in a larger font, it says "9.5" in a box adjacent to "W" on a different color background. It's confusing, but the sandals definitely do not seem wide. My feet are on the narrow side, and the sandals seem a medium width; with the straps tightened, they fit me fine.

Answer:	More than one version of Terra Fi ? I noticed bad reviews, not-comfortable, not adjustable, not good arch support, etc. for Terra Fi 5. Check yourself here on Amazon. I had this Hurricane model years ago and could not wear it out easily. No backpacking, but walked 18 holes of golf on more than one occasion. But has it changed ? I guess I will find out.

Answer:	My 1st pair of Keens (and I think Newports) were 8.5. They stretched in time so the next was size 8. The Tevas purchased are 8.5 and fit great. They are a much more enclosed shoe and do not appear to be stretching at all - thus a good fit.

Answer:	They dry quickly. I've had two pair, but I admit that I've never "washed" them although I've gotten them wet while hiking plenty of times and they dry just fine. These are the best hiking/walking shoes I've ever had.

Answer:	They run true to size...don't wear a lot of Nike or New Balances. Though, I will tell you this is the world's most perfect shoe, I've loved it (literally, the one pair) for years, and I'm highly bias. It blows those other brands out of the water.

Question:	What do they look like on someone's foot
Answer:	That’s a tricky question. Lol. I think it really depends on how your foot is made. Ex: narrow w/longer toes, normal to wide w/ shorter toes, etc. I’m a solid 8.5, foot is narrow w/longer toes. I ordered a nine and it fit great but because the way the shoe is made, I could have probably ordered an 8 and it would have fit as well. The base/sole of this shoe is very wide, if that makes sense. So there is a lot of room around the foot. I ended up sending shoe back, even though it was comfy, because it just wasn’t meant for my narrow feet.
Question:	I normally wear a half size. Should I go up or down on the size with this sandal
Answer:	they are the same. ..we make only 1 width..several different retailers sell on Amazon, some list a style differently

Question:	If i'm a 6.5 size should i order up or down? (i go up for running shoes). i wear 6.5 in other tevas when half sizes are available
Answer:	We would suggest a sandal with more traction on the sole. . ."Terra Fi Lite", "Omnium" or "Tirra"
Question:	Will these be good for light hiking? The dirt trails near my house are a bit rocky and steep. I'm trying to find a sandal to accommodate the terrain
Answer:	They do not. We would rate as "modest" arch
Question:	There is no photo of the arch side of the sandal. Do they have as much support as the Teva Tirra style
Answer:	The W must stand for women, these are definitely not wide sandals. I will be returning them because one of the straps (the thicker one) is not at all stretchy and doesn't fit my wide feet.
