Answer:	They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.

Answer:	Depending on the severity of your plantar fasciitis. It will cause your arch to be lifted into place. It can be tender until you get use to it. It will also help if you do a calf stretch for the plantar fascists. As far as the length it will be short because it is for the arch not an all over cushion.

Answer:	They work fine for running and quick direction change games like tag with elementary school kids as long as I glue them down. I glued them to my running shoes with about half a tube of Shoe Goo. That was a recommendation on a distance runners' forum. Before I glued them down, they slid around so much even during normal walking that it would dislocate my weak knee slightly so that it swelled after maybe 5 minutes. According to the same runners' forum, the sliding was because my laces were not tight enough or because they needed to be glued down. In any case, problem solved. They work fine with a little extra care.

Answer:	I bought a pair of these last week at a shoe store. I usually wear 14-15 EEEE. They usually are still not correct fit. I need wide width and a large rounded toe box, which these deliver. If this sounds like what you need then look no further. I went with the extra wide. Size runs true.

Answer:	I think these shoes will last a long while, however I’m plagued with chronic plantar fasciitis so I have at least two pair to rotate which makes each longer. Answer:	While the original idea of this item was constructive, the actual product itself doesn't really support the arch, for the curshion is too flat and its dimension is too ill-shaped to be effective. Worst of all, the wide black band on top of the feet limits its use, because it appears bold and almost vulgar for any shoes, even black one, and one can't wear it under most socks, unless they are thick and black.

Answer:	Works for the constant dull plantar fasciitis pain by providing contant pressure of the arch padding when stepping. Neuropathy pain is more like prickling, sharp shooting or jabbing pain. If neuropathy pain like that, wearing these arch support will NOT prevent nerve pain.

Answer:	I am not a runner. But I am a walker. And I also do cardio floor exercises. So they work for me. They’re pretty thin, but do give me arch comfort. If you have ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, these do not have the thick sort of ball in the middle of the arch. For comfort, I like to wear these to walk and exercise and just go about my day in and the strutz I’ll wear to bed so when I wake up I can walk right away. Without pain.

Answer:	Yes. Iirc, Nimbus has the most cushion out of all the Asics. If you're buying the Kayano for health care shifts, it's not an ideal shoe. Spend the money on a Nimbus, imho. If you're looking for a fast running, not jogging, shoe, spend the money on a Cumulus. I'm in healthcare and have 12 hour shifts. I also run. I've been an Asics fangirl for over 20 years and have always tried to find shoes that work for both to take out the guess work. After 20 years, I've found it in the Nimbus. My understanding is that the Nimbus is more stabilizing and has the most cushion out of all the Asics shoes, which I found to be true. When running on trails, I have felt stabilized from accidentally tripping from stepping on random sticks and small branches on the trail floor.

Answer:	When you look for shoes they come in neutral which mean they do not angle to one side or the other. I had to get these because the ones I had were made to angle. They had hurt my back and sides of my feet. I also bought my on arch supports and too out the ones that came with the shoes. I buy power steps.
