Answer:	Some of them are made in Maine, USA. Not sure about all of them
Question:	I have a case of extremely flat feet, how are these when it comes to support
Answer:	I don’t know if they can be re-soled because after buying 2 pairs, both of which were faulty, I gave up and purchased different make. The eyelets drop off as soon as you put them on, my son never got a chance to wear them as the eyelets came apart as he was trying them on.

Question:	I wear a 9.5. Most insoles suggest you size up and trim, but with these they're recommending a 9-9.5 size and I'm worried they may be too short
Answer:	I don’t recall what the return policy if any, was.
Question:	Can I order just right side inserts in 5-10 quantities
Answer:	Unfortunately these boots are not water proof but you can put waterproofing on them and they wear very well. I love the jayce for it's comfort. It is more a a dress casual boot. It is not a work boot. Polish it with a waterproofing and it is great for everyday wear.
Question:	Can these be returned if it has not been molded to your foot? I will know immediately whether these are rigid enough or not
Answer:	I am not sure what is required to correct “extremely” flat feet but These boots have normal arch insoles like any other pair of shoes. However, the insoles are softer and has more cushioning than others that I have worn before.

Answer:	I have a pair of size 10 M Clark's casual shoes . I bought size 10-10.5 Inocep Heat Moldable Orthotic Insoles. They fit perfectly with no trimming. Keep in mind that length is only one of the important dimensions. When I put these insoles in a pair of dress shoes, they are too thick and the shoes felt tight. I found that for dress shoes the SuperFeet Black and the Sole Softec Response Thin (also heat moldable) work better. For my casual shoes the Inocep insoles are great value. Also, I believe that heat moldable insoles are great. I purchased all of my insoles from Amazon.
