Answer:	They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.

Answer:	Same for me, the right shoe squeaks as I walk when my heal hits the ground. I had heard people with orthotics put some baby powder in the shoe so I did. It helped but there's still some squeaking. I have noticed it goes away with time though. I've had 3 pair in the last 2 years.

Answer:	I have a wide foot too. but I also like toe room in my shoes for those high impact workouts. I ordered these and I felt they were short and not truly a wide. The outer edge seemed to turn in sooner making the pinky toe uncomfy.

Answer:	Hi,Sorry for the late reply. I have a Saucony which I used for Zumba before I bought the Ryka. I find it more difficult to do moves like turning, twisting and pivoting. There are times when I almost tripped. Maybe it's just me. After I bought the Ryka, recommended by my Zumba instructor, I do not encounter such problem anymore. From my understanding, Ryka shoe base has a circle at the ball of the feet which helps you to turn, twist or pivot much easier & smoother. I personally find that it fit my feet well and has more cushioning than my Saucony. This makes wearing them comfortable. Hope this helps.

This is monk fruit that is not cut (mixed) with any of the disgusting alcohol sugars/steviol glycosides that the cheap brands who market their product with the big words on the front of their packaging that read 'Pure Monk Fruit' or "All Natural Monk Fruit" etc, and in tiny letters on the bottom/ingredient list the words 'erythritol' or 'stevia' or 'baby's tears.' It really defeats the entire purpose of a healthy sugar 'substitute,' but people tend to need convenience. This pure monk fruit does not convert 1:1 like those mixed concoctions. 2/3 of a TEASPOON is the equivalent to 1 CUP of table sugar with pure uncut monk fruit. Those cheaper mixes are cut with other sweeteners not only because it's monetarily beneficial for the vendor, but consumers look for substitutes that enable them to easily convert their sugar substitutes in their recipes (having to constantly get out a calculator or go to a website for every Tbsp/Cup conversion certainly would not be efficient). I guess if you're intent on asking sarcastic questions maybe make sure it's warranted and oh, do a bit of research as to why a product might be so much more superior to, thus more costly than those cheap $4 bags found all over grocery store shelves?? Why even click on it honestly? I guess just to berate a vendor for price gouging... Answer:	Hi! I do not know the answer to this question, however, vendors often do not carry my sneakers in wide size. If you go to YouTube, look up how to lace sneakers to give you that extra width. I've been re-lacing for years and this method does give me that extra foot width I require. Cheers!

Answer:	I'm using the RZX for high impact Jazzercise and I am getting enough support through my arches and enough cushion in the ball and heel of the shoe. I teach with these shoes at least 5 days a week. However, with plantar fasciitis you may want to avoid high impact cardio and adjust to low impact. You should be able to keep up the intensity, but with less impact your foot will feel better and may heal faster.
