| Answer: | Hi,Sorry for the late reply. I have a Saucony which I used for Zumba before I bought the Ryka. I find it more difficult to do moves like turning, twisting and pivoting. There are times when I almost tripped. Maybe it's just me. After I bought the Ryka, recommended by my Zumba instructor, I do not encounter such problem anymore. From my understanding, Ryka shoe base has a circle at the ball of the feet which helps you to turn, twist or pivot much easier & smoother. I personally find that it fit my feet well and has more cushioning than my Saucony. This makes wearing them comfortable. Hope this helps. |

| Answer: | I'm using the RZX for high impact Jazzercise and I am getting enough support through my arches and enough cushion in the ball and heel of the shoe. I teach with these shoes at least 5 days a week. However, with plantar fasciitis you may want to avoid high impact cardio and adjust to low impact. You should be able to keep up the intensity, but with less impact your foot will feel better and may heal faster. |
