These shoes are universally compatible with all cleat and pedal types, so no matter where you ride, these work perfectly. Like all road cycling shoes, the bottoms are stiff and designed for cycling more than walking. As with any 3-bolt compatible shoe, the bottom is flat, so cleats will protrude out when installed, making walking a little more difficult. If you are using SPD (2-bolt) style cleats and looking for an easier walking shoe, we recommend checking out the Tommaso Terra or Venezia.

Answer:	Hi, it has to do with the tension of your Peloton pedals. if you flip the pedal over, you will see a 3mm Allen bolt with a + and - sign on it. Adjusting this will dial the spring in on the pedals and resolve your issue completely. Answer:	Hi, these shoes and cleats work perfectly with the Peloton bike. The reason for the reviews is that sometimes Peloton pedals are really tight when they are new. Fix help break them in, you can flip the pedal upside down and adjust the tension of the pedal's spring with a 3mm allen key. Peloton pedals always require a good amount of force to get in and out of, especially when new, before the springs get broken in. Answer:	The pedal needs to have an SPD clip. I don't know what they're called, if they have a specific name. Sorry, but I use them on my at home bike and my cycle studio. The clip on the bottom of the shoe is SPD. Maybe Google search SPD pedals ? Good luck!

Answer:	all cycling shoes do, I am a 7.5/8 and I ordered the 8.5. its important to have a lot of room because your pushing down on your feet causing them to slide up, so you don't want then to squish. one size up is perfect. they are my favorite!!

Answer:	I find the fit fine as long as I adjust the straps. I actually really love these. I no longer have to purchase racerback bras that close in the front and don't offer the adjustments you need and get from regular bras.

Answer:	These are the nice thick pliable plastic, not the cheap brittle stuff. I've used mine for the better part of a year now without any issues. They're easy to use and comfortable - I love them!

Answer:	I don't think that it would work on a toddler BUT I personally use bows that go in your hair for my 2 year old daughter's tank tops for that same problem. It looks cute & it works perfect.

Answer:	In this particular shoe, I ordered a 40 and wear a US size 9 in Nike. The 40, because of the way the padding in the cycling shoes is makes it too small length wise with normal wear. I wouldn't recommend ordering a EU 40 to accommodate a US 9.

Answer:	These cleats are not compatible with any specific bike. They are compatible with an SPD bike pedal and a cycling shoe. Cleat goes on show to allow connection to an SPD pedal.
Question:	my shoes have no mounting plates or nuts - description says they are optional - are they included
Answer:	cycling shoes, designed to accept cleats, are required. The cleats come with hex bolts and metal shim plates. But again, the shoes must have the threaded holes to accept the bolts and hold the cleats firmly in place. Shoes are typically more generic, and not SPD specific. So, cycling shoes can accept these SPD style cleats, or Crank Bros Egg Beaters (my preference), or other designs.
Question:	Are these cleats compatible with echelon bikes
Answer:	It's not the bike but the pedals. If the pedals are SPD compatible, then they will work. If you can't change the pedals and they are not SPD,s pedals, then they will not work.
