Answer:	Exchange it.

Answer:	Yes. But don’t open the pop socket for an hour after you put it on. So it sets.

Answer:	It dropped from my hand 2 times. It did get some scratches but the bottom piece didn't come off.Its actually pretty easy to remove but it doesn't come off on it's own.

Answer:	I don't see any additional protection on the bottom corners but the plastic of the case. The phone fits very tightly so there should be no movement of the phone so there could be a small gap at the corners to help absorb or distribute the shock. It feels very firm and secure so I think it would offer moderate protection.

Answer:	I don't think so, because the ports are in a different location than the 7 plus. But look for this case and search for 6s plus by the brand, so think they make one for your phone too

Answer:	You can fit up to a 2.0" tire into the grooves on the block.

Answer:	I use this with my mountain bike, but the tires do not seat all the way down into the grooves. I have fairly smooth tires - knobby tires would be even worse. Even in the lowest slot (which should result in no incline), my bike is still slightly inclined. Doing it again, I'd probably just go with a wood block - a piece of 2x6 would work nicely.

Answer:	It levels the bike out. I have a smart trainer so I don't use it for climbing the trainer does that for me. The main thing I like it for is to get a solid stable feeling when I have to hit the pedals hard.

Answer:	I have mountain bike tires and it fits nicely plus it has a substantial feel/weight to it. I don't think the height of the bike matters, just the width of the tire and it will take my mountain bike tire just fine.

Answer:	Hand wash in warm soapy water. Wring out excess water put it on a hanger and hang dry.

Answer:	I soak in a soap bath then rinse in cool water gently ring out excess water then place flat on clothes rack to dry.

Question:	i put this case on an i get a 'no service' warning on my iphone in my office. i know this building is wierd but i usually get one or two bars
Answer:	Same here, I have 2-3 bars at home without it on and as soon as I put it back on I get 0-1 bars and a month of dropped calls and bad signal before I realized it was the case.
Question:	Does the metal affect cell reception since it is covering the antenna
Answer:	So far I haven't had any problems with cell reception great case

Answer:	the case interrupts cell service. I brought it to a verizon to have it tested. Once i removed the case, it worked fine. They said their could be copper or aluminum in the case which interrupts the service.

Answer:	Take the bottom portion off and then slowly pull the rest off. It's a pretty snug fit, so you'll really need to pull at it.

Answer:	Not for me. Sounds just like It normally does.

Answer:	Not at all! I have it on my phone right now and I love it. The plastic casing that's used for the bumpers feels nice because the matte coating isn't cheaoly painted on and actually feels smooth. The silicone on the back is nice as well because it's subtly textured, so it looks and feels good as well.
Question:	I read in one of the reviews that the burgundy color stained their phone. Has anybody else had this problem
Answer:	The burgundy is more of a plum color in my opinion & it does tend to pick up stains easily. I have dark colored stains all over my case from touching against dark fabrics all day such as my jeans or purse. So yes this is something to consider.
Question:	Does the phone slip from hands easily
Answer:	I think the phone has just the right amount of "gripiness" such that it doesn't slip out of your hand but it is easy to slip into a pocket.

Answer:	I have the same issue and I have Verizon. Have to take the bottom off or the whole case to get wifi in my house or cellular service elsewhere. Regret buying this case.

Answer:	I would think so. The clear silicon case piece, essentially stops where the glass starts. However, I couldn't tell you 100% because I don't have a screen protector.

Answer:	This case is two pieces, one large clear piece and one rose gold bumper that goes around the edges of the phone. So, it covers the back and the sides but not the front. I would recommend purchasing a tempered glass screen protector to protect against scratches and such on the screen but the rest is covered by this case. I love it! It's very pretty and sleek but also is protective!

Answer:	I have owned both the Otterbox and Caseology Skyfall. I’ve dropped the phone many times and Skyfall always protects my iPhone. It also fits better in various accessories. It’s also a beautiful case. I’d say it’s the most beautiful case made. I saw the case in a Hollywood movie about the world ending. One of the characters was using this same exact case! Answer:	It stains the white antenna and the gold iPhone. I can not get he residual pink from the purple case off of my phone
