Answer:	Hi Julie, I purchased a 9 1/2 for my niece that is also a 9 in regular shoes. I do wish I would have gotten a 10, though. The 9 1/2 does fit, perfectly. But a 10, would have left just a bit of room to grow - in my opinion. So, if you would like a perfect fit go with a 9 1/2.

Answer:	Size up for sure! My daughter is very thin and usually wears a 7 narrow. I bought her 7.5 in the tap and they were too small and painful for her to wear for even 5 minutes. I'm going to try the 8 next.

Answer:	Yes, I would recommend a size 10. I usually wear 8/8.5 medium width, and I ordered 9W and they fit perfectly.

Answer:	There is a toe box in the shoes, however, the sole is solid so it will take some time to break in.

Answer:	I would size up to a 1 if it’s the two shoe. It may be a little big but she’ll be able to wear it the whole year.

Answer:	I don't know what N and M stands for but I know W is for wide, I ordered W size because my daughter has wide feet.

Answer:	I would recommend a 13. My daughter wears a 12 also and I got her a 13W and she has room to grow and they aren't flopping up and down on her feet when she's in them. She does have to wear sock for now though. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There should be two of them. Skid pads....prevents you from sliding/slipping. I had a shoemaker do mine ...they have the right kind of adhesive.

Answer:	Personally I ordered a size 1 1/2 up and it was still too small. As a side note the shoes are pretty heavy. Not that it is bad, but just so you are aware. High quality - I'm a female and normally wear a size 9 but a 10 1/2 was still very uncomfortable on my feet.

Answer:	Christine: I'm not sure what the "nc" is but I'll do my best to answer your question. I wear a size 6.5 medium street shoe and my left foot is slightly larger than 6.5. I prefer my dance shoes to fit like a glove. The right shoe fits me perfectly and the left shoe is a bit tight but not so awful that I can't wear it. I think it's going to come down to how tight you like your tap shoes to fit. This particular oxford-style is very stiff and I'm still trying to adjust to that!

Answer:	My daughter taps a minimum of three hours per week and I was buying a new pair of tap shoes each year because they would wear out. Now that her foot has stopped growing, we decided to invest in a sturdier, more serious shoe. We went up a half size from her street shoes and they fit perfectly. Her last shoes were split sole so she had to get used to a full sole again, but that didn't take long. She says these shoes have a "thicker" less hollow sound and she never fails to get compliments on how they look when she attends master classes or auditions. We were hesitant buying on line because she was afraid they would be too heavy. That fear was unfounded. The weight is not an issue at all. Hope that is helpful and good luck with your decision!

Answer:	I wear an 8.5 size shoe and ordered 8.5 in these shoes. However I also ordered the Bloch Jason Samuels in 8.5 and they were too small so I had to go a size up to 9.5. If you order the flex sole, order your street shoe size and they should fit.

Answer:	It is women's sizing. They are cut quite small. The size M is for medium width I believe.

Question:	When ordering do I order street size or convert in the size chart? My street size is 7.5 chart says to order 5.5. Reviews vary
Answer:	My normal shoe size is a 7.5 also. I ordered an 8.5 since it was the same size as my older cheaper Bloch tap shoes. I had to return them and get an 8. They have much more room in the toes which my tap teacher said was good but I felt like I could’ve gone down to 7.5. I am used to them now and love them!
Question:	how do these work with someone with high arches
Answer:	I have high arches and the top has a perfect amount of “give”. I use a shoehorn to put them on to protect the heel area .
Question:	We followed the recommended size chart, but one of the shoes came off during her big audition! What is the exchange policy for worn shoes
Answer:	Oh that’s heartbreaking. I went a half size larger than my normal shoe size. These do have more room for the front of the foot that I had to get used to. My teacher said that was a good thing. I love them.
Question:	My daughter has these in a 6n but needs to size up. i am thinking of going to a 7.5 but not sure if i should try n or m. what do you suggest
Answer:	I ordered up a half size in m width and they were perfect. Not sure about the width compensation though. I were B width normally
