As far as sizing goes I’ll give you my stats and hopefully that’ll give you an idea. I ordered a medium and wore them after giving birth 20+ pounds heavier than you with slightly larger bust and I’m 5’4. They fit snug and hit mid thigh on me. That was without a pregnant belly. I do have wide hips and a big butt though. So I think medium will be great for you after birth but I’m wondering since you’ll have the belly if a large will be better only because they are more form fitting. I hope this helps in some way.

Answer:	I got a xl I was 175lbs 36dd when I delivered my baby and this was a perfect fit not too tight and was flowy really was a life saver in the hospital after my csection and being all bound up with a girdle. I now weigh 145 and I still would buy the xl for me again bc it is flowy and not tight. The bust is large but firm me perfect bc its adjustable. It comes with huge pads to insert but I didn't use those they were too bulky.i just loved the padded bra without the extra pads still fits great. I'm 5.3 this comes to my knees.
